My dad went there to get some chicken fries because he was hungry and he stood there waiting for someone to take his order for 10 minutes. 3 people looked at him and no one took his order. Then he asked for corporates number and apparently no one knew corporates number. This service is horrible. So he had to go to Arby’s to get some food because they wouldn’t take his order. I do not recommend this Burger King at all.
While ordering food the attendant seemed to just go away, I stopped ordering my food and there was an extra long amount of silence. When I went to pick up the food I waited and waited only to get 2 out of 4 sandwiches wrong. The receipt had the right requests on it, but not the food. It wasn't that busy, so I really can't call it up to that.
Staff is much better than six months ago. They are running good specials right now. Can be difficult to get out of during rush hour.
Service was fast, your employees were very friendly, but when I ordered both of my whoppers heavy all, they were done like regular burgers. Also I noticed that the burgers have gotten smaller. And your drive in speakers need to be fixed so that your customers don't have to yell out their orders. And the spicy chicken patties are fried so hard that they are dried out on the inside.
Experience in fast food restaurants can vary greatly depending on many factors so I'm usually neutral in my reviews, unless there's something unique or very bad. We chose to drive through for our order, we had some difficulty explaining to the associate exactly what we wanted but she finally got it right and she was patient and cordial. We got our food and the order was correct. As for the food, this is Burger King so you know what you get.
Lady at the drive thru today at 4:30 2/24/22 seams like she hated the world. Very rude. No please or thank you. Handed me my things without saying a word. Didn’t know if I even got it all or not because she was ignoring me. I can’t help she had to come to work. I’m sure she was a manager too. Older woman. I bit my tongue but I won’t be back.
Ordered Whopper Combo (no veggies, no sauce) with Cheddar Bites, Chicken Sandwich Combo (no pickles) with Fries and a side of Chicken Fries this (2/13/22) Sunday evening. Typically I wouldn’t make a big deal about fast food chains messing up an order but…yea…(Let me preface this with the fact that the following is not an exaggeration by any means.)-Whopper came with veggies and loaded with sauce to the point it had literally saturated the bun into dissolving mush.-Chicken sandwich came with no veggies or sauce. I don’t care that they burned the chicken in the grand scheme of things.-Fries were still frozen on the inside.-Chicken fries were burned to the point that it could be crumbled into an inedible chalk like substance. On the upside though, they got the drinks right, but I give most of the credit to their fountain drink machine than to their staff if we’re being completely honest. I do not want/need a refund. I only type this in hopes that their GM and/or Franchisee might take notice of what’s going on at this particular location.
Horrible, horrible experience. It took at least 15 minutes to even get to the window when only 2 cars were ahead of us. The drive thru window was open and we could hear the employees bad mouthing and saying to “take no more orders after the next car”, even though it was still a few hours before closing time. The girl at the window was moving like a sloth just simply pouring our drinks. The food was NOT fresh, they got our order wrong, and also didn’t give us the right sizes.I would never suggest going here.
