Sign says “come in we’re open” doors unlocked, there’s people inside yet we get told they’re closed. you dont have your hours posted on the door either so how am i supposed to magically guess whether you’re open or not
Dairy allergy and Yum Yo's has dole whips(like sorbet). This is some I can take my grandkids and enjoy a treat with them. Always clean and associates are always nice
We usually visit the Fayetteville Mall Ave location but while in the area, I thought I would treat the girls to a special treat. The best part (outside of not needing a mask) is we were able to enjoy the weather on the patio. We still receive the same type of service here as we do in Fayetteville and glad it's possible at either location or it would be worth the drive or time to visit either store.
We just moved to the area, and when we were wanting a nice monday treat and decided to stop here. We received the warmest welcome right when entering. The worker asked if we had been before, and not only explained everything to us, but welcomed us to nwa in general when we said we just moved. I have sensitivity/allergies, and she was very knowledgeable about each flavor ingredients has. There is something there for everyone even if you have allergies or need non dairy! She also said she rotates new flavors in and out so i know to keep checking for more tasty creations. She was cleaning all around as we chatted, but stayed invested in our experience. So great, and made me feel better about coming back with my kiddos during covid times. The place has a fun casual style, but the worker even offered to throw out our trash for us when we were done, and told us to stay as long as we wanted. Felt like a fine dining experience.Froyo was great, but the service was so outstanding!Got her name before we left. Thanks Rose! We will be frequent.
Service is good, patio dining, good prices. Ice cream is ok, I like that they have dairy free options.
The best flavor I had was mango the best fruit were the fresh strawberries the cashier was very friendly and fast.
There wasn't a lot of vegan options but other than that it was pretty good.
Very disappointed! They ran out of spoons so if you wanted any frozen yogurt you had to have it in a cone and it was almost like ice milk instead of frozen yogurt. It melted so fast it got all over my clothes and it was way over priced. Won't go again or recommend to others.
Fantastic froyo!!! The multiple dairy free options are my favorite thing about this place!!! And soooooo many toppings!!!! Very clean and fun environment!
