Went in around 2am, excited because it was my first time eating Whataburger. I waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and salad, only to have to most mediocre burger I've ever had. I bit into my sandwich and it was dry and all I could taste was mustard. Secondly, It wasn't even fresh- I had to warm it up. For a first time customer, I've never been more disappointed. The staff was nice, though. But they did a little too much talking amongst themselves for my food to be so bad. Also they gave me my milkshake when I ordered, so I couldn't even enjoy it with my food because they took so long to bring everything else. Very disappointing.
We got 2 cheeseburgers, a jalapeno burger, and a chicken burger with fries and salad. The burgers were yummy and healthy. The fries weren't oily and salty at all. The salad was super fresh and healthy. Overall, we all enjoy our meals, and definitely, and we will come back to try other items on the menu!
A friendly place to enjoy a tasty meal. We had breakfast. Ordering was easy, meal brought to our table and missing a few items ordered. Quickly corrected without hassle. Staff is always polite and friendly.Kid-friendliness: They had a few tables set up for kids to make cards for Father's day
Horrible service. Messed our order up twice. Waited over 20 minutes. Wrong drinks. Confused ranch dressing for gravy... how does that even happen? No compensation for their mistakes. Never will order from there again. Wish there was an option for 0 stars.
It was so weird, waited over 20 minutes for my food, was asked to pull forward at the white line waited for about 15 minutes then was asked what food I was waiting for then was told to pull around the corner and that they were sorry and said the food would be out soon, 15 minutes later I had a feeling they got preoccupied so I called and they seemed to not know what order I was talking about had to re order over the phone which was odd. I'm not upset but its "fast food" for a reason guys c'mon, the service and food are normally good but yikes. It was one time and I'll update this review after the next visit maybe it was just a terrible mistake. A once in awhile situation.

Great place to eat our first time there!!!
So we ordered 3 of the same burger and one was totally different it was like they combined 2 different burgers in one. we got pies that had absolutely had no filling in them. These pies were so old they tasted old and after having to wait almost 30 minutes for our food crap this is not acceptable.
Stopped in for lunch had a delicious burger. The Southern Bacon Double is delicious! Go on in and give it a try!
My personal experience was not great. I think this place has a lot of hype but not might. Give me the Burger King Whopper any day any time hands down. The Fry's at this place we're not hot and they seemed like some fries that were left over from the day which caused my wife to be very upset because I would not let her take them back in.I was on a time schedule. We live in Kansas City and I was trying to get back in a reasonable time and so I did not go back in. I had a double burger which was decent but it taste like a burger my aunt used to make with the mustard on it and my wife had a single burger but the experience was taken away with those cold fries which cost me almost three bucks for a large order
