People are very fast and nice. Problem is nuggets suck. Everyone had to have Wendy's burgers tonight. It was so crowded! The workers we're hustling! Food was hot and my family was happy. Still won't try the nuggets. Good job all you guys we appreciate you!

I love this Wendy’s, and I come here pretty often with friends for lunch… food’s always good… fries always hot and crispy as they should be… drinks always the same… but I have had one problem each time I order. I usually do the $5 biggie bag which is a great deal (especially if you upgrade the fries and drink to a medium), but I am allergic to bacon, so when I request no bacon on my BLT (LT chicken for life!!!) I don’t expect to get bacon! But somehow always end up getting bacon! And that’s kind of a big deal for me ? even when they put on the receipt NO BACON… but other than that this place is great. ?

What can you say? It was an ok burger. The bread was sort of stale. The fries were hot and fresh earning the the second star.

Way better than McDonald's. Great food great value for your cost.

Not once but on the last two occasions, at two seperate Springdale locations I stood at the counter to order for an extended time while employees just stood there ignoring me. The first occurrence was on Sunset in Springdale about a week ago. I waited 10 minutes standing at the counter while 7 employees were walking back and forth passing by me. I gave up and left with no word spoken. Today is June 18th. My grandkids and I went to the store next to Walmart on south Thompson in Springdale. Four of us stood at the counter for over 12 minutes. Again multiple employees buzzing around, half of them just standing doing nothing. Again no one would even acknowledge us. We gave up again and left. This time I announced to the restaurant we were leaving due to lack of service. I do not blame the clueless teenage employees, but I do blame management for lack of training, accountability, basic manners and acknowledgement of having customers standing with not even a word. It was as if in both instances I, and we were completely invisible. Being completely disgusted, I will tell this story all over nw Arkansas when the opportunity arises. I don't believe the Google or Facebook review process can have a real effect so I'll be telling this story in person and i am pretty well known in the area by a lot of business owners and media professionals. Another long time national burger chain just closed their last nw Arkansas store last month. If you don't make very big changes to your management, training and vetting employees you will likely be next in a long line of restaurant losses in the last 5 years. There was a dead fly in my French fires. My order was wrong and the cashier just laughed that I had a dead fly in my food.

Great service today I love how you can buy the keychain for a dollar and get free frosty's.

Love the Breakfast Menu. Food always tastes great. Fries always seem fresh and Hot . So I'll keep coming back. ?
