The rolled icecream is great. I have not had rude or bad service it's usually understaffed and the poor worker does not have much time to get out and wipe down tables. It takes a little time but again it's really tastey and worth it.
A heavy-built Latino man with a beard was very rude and had an attitude to me and the lady behind me an hour before closing and it wasn’t busy. I already ordered and then asked for a refund and he gave me a crooked smirk on his face and almost didn’t gave me my money back until a relative mentions it; got my money back and left dissatisfied. I used to like this place but the young men behind the counter has an attitude problem. To anyone: it’s best to go somewhere else and buy a cheaper better treat
We always go here when we visit Arkansas and usually always wait about 30 to 40 minutes which for us was worth the wait because we love the mangoniadas but this past sunday we stopped by before our long drive home and waited the usual but my husbands salvadorian mangoniada was completely diferent to the past couple of times he had ordered it. It seems like they just put lemon ice cream in there and called it a day. He went back and asked if they could either redo it, get something different or just his refund but they refused to do either of those. Seems unfair since they are very pricey and for them to not give you what you pay for seems very ridiculous! So my husband just left them the ice cream and walked out angry and empty handed. Definetely never going back.
Everything I’ve tried was pretty amazing. The staff are friendly.
First and last time I come here. I looked at the menu and asked for Fresas con Crema. What the photo showed and what I got are completely different. I told the worker that this isnt what I ordered and pointed to the photo with the caption "fresas con crema". She just shrugged her shoulders and said that the photo is something else. Didnt offer to make it right, nothing. If there is a different in your product, make sure you tell the customer when they are ordering. Horrible experience.In the photos you can see what I ordered versus what I got. Completely different.
Ice Cream was amazing. I've seen comments about the wait, but they aren't just making Ice cream. it's an art. We had 10 people in our group. It took about an hour for everyone to get out food which I didn't think was bad. will be back

We went here to try their super freakshakes on friend’s recommendation. But, we were very disappointed for choosing this. First, the customer service is terrible. Second, the prices are not worth the quality. The two stars are only for their presentation.
Thoughy I would give it another try before I left a review but same issues.Biggest concern is customer service. Both times I went it was the same young lady working. She never greets customers, she may be working in the back and will walk past you while looking you directly into your eyes and never say a word. When she was ready (after a 5 min wait) she just stood at the register without saying a word. I did ask her a couple of questions and she answered them clear so there's no language barrier. Just appears when you walk in your on her time and will wait.Food is good. I've tried a few things but they obviously don't have the items listed with a price because they're high prices for the items.Place is good but the service is what makes it poor. All it takes is 5 seconds to acknowledge, greet and appreciate the customers walking in.
My dad has been wanting to try this place so we finally went today and the staff was friendly and quick, we will definitely be back
