First time to twin peaks. We looked for a meal later in the evening and most places were closed. We were lucky to find twin peaks… they were open till 12am, and our server Lexie was freaking phenomenal. She was friendly and sweet to my husband and I as well as our kids! We never had to wait for drinks and her recommendations of food were on point. Thank you so much for a great dining experience We will definitely be repeat customers because of Lexie :) sorry for the half eaten pictures, haha we dived in immediately. Beer and mixed drinks were also amazing. Definitely recommend.
Was here March 2022. Staff was friendly and attentive. Server made good conversation and was nice. Food was great and beer was too. Thumbs up.
Kat was fantastic! She was pleasant, friendly, attentive and made sure we had our order placed just as we asked. She shared special military days of the week and also made sure we got in and out quickly! With people like Kat working at Twin Peaks in Rogers, AR I see why so many people go in the area. Visiting from out of town and she made us feel welcome, thank you Kat for such phenomenal service today!
What happened to this place? We went yesterday for some wings and beer and although the food was great, the service was horrible. I’ve honestly never had such bad service anywhere. When we walked in the door we stood there for a least 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Then we get seated and another 10 minutes before anyone came over. Finally we received a drink 30 minutes after our arrival. When we got our wings we were sharing we were not given any napkins, silverware, or plates. Our server was no where to be found during most of our stay so we had to ask other girls for things which seemed to annoy them. These days we point fingers at labor shortages, but that was definitely not the case. There were at least 8 servers standing around at the front Hulu hooping.When we mentioned this to a friend later they told us their experience was the same on their last visit. Do better!
Kat was an amazing server today, and everyday I've been here. Definitely coming back. Thank you Kat. Oh yeah the beer is great at 29 degrees.
The food was great It was a wonderful experience I do however wish the waitress I had would have stopped by my table more I sat with out a drink for around 10 minutes while I had my meal.
We went there last night. The waitress was very unwelcoming. We asked if we could dine near the fire pit, they said they don’t have enough “servers” and made us choose the seats which we didn’t like. They charged extra for a game night (which id okay). Then we asked for couple of beers (golden/red head etc), they said they don’t have it. Again the body language was very unwelcoming and indifferent. We walked to get refund ok cover charges. The manager came and gave us the refund, again very unwelcoming way, didn’t bother at all on why we were leaving. Signalled with his hand gesture to show that he has refunded the money. Felt very negative, will never go again.
Almost went three stars because they have now two times been out of Guinness. Once on St. Patrick's day! But other than that the atmosphere is always good. Food is nothing go crazy about but good. Plenty of TVs for games and service staff are always nice. They got you the fourth star.
Twin Peaks' menu is tough to beat. The Brisket Chili is about the best chili I've had. Burgers are great, beer is cold. Onion rings - extra crispy - incredible. And Kat is the icing on the cake, phenomenal service! Thanks Kat!
I forgot the name of my server but she was new. She was the sweetest girl ever. Our food was great and it came out very fast. I'm not sure why the sheriff was there but as long as these young ladies feel safe then I'm all for It
