Fun daytime experience! 1st time coming at lunch and the prices were 30% less then night time. Food was good and drinks were a little spendy for lunch hour. I think more specials on the app would draw noonday traffic. Four top for 2 hrs with some cold beers was 181. Not that bad compared to 400 for four at night. Just saying...
We love going to top golf the food is always tasty I’d recommend the Mac bites they were delicious so we’re the little tacos! Service was quick and friendly everything was clean. We can’t wait to go back again!
The staff at Topgolf - Roger, Arkansas are the best. We arrived early and Ms. Shelby greeted us with a warm smile! Our reserved bay was waiting us and server, Nathan, took great care of us, as well.
Top Golf is great fun. I have been to multiple locations and I would have to say that the NWA location is very nice. Service can be a bit slow sometimes from the bay hosts, but the platinum host Janet is always super friendly and it's a pleasure to see her. I wish there was an option to push a button or something to notify when you need service. I would give this location 5 stars but this location does not utilize Top Tracer like other locations. This means that NWA does not have games like closest to the pin or virtual courses, you also don't get to see the metrics of your shot like height, ball speed, etc and you can't watch the flight of your shot on replay. Very disappointing and I hope they implement Top Tracer soon.
We had a lovely evening and great fun at Top Golf. It was our first time to this location and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was fantastic! We had incredible service at every turn. The food and drinks were also delightful!
I've taken several people here and even visited a friend for a brief on her birthday, but I hadn't ever experienced anything like this until The Majestic Christmas Party yesterday. I'm glad this place was chosen and I would love to visit again as we all had fun swinging clubs while laughing at each other and enjoying good food. It's not in my budget, but I still wouldn't mind coming back as part of a group or as an individual. I believe my kid's would enjoy this place also.Thank you management team for allowing us to enjoy your establishment for our Christmas party and making everyone that walks through your doors feel like valued customers
At 10:10am today, I called the customer service 4792579340, the customer support agent wasnt listening to me nor was she helpful. She was obviously doing something else and was very distracted. I was asking for next steps given walk ins or reservation options were not available on the website. She eventually put down the phone without giving me proper guidance. Not a good experience.
