I don’t know what happened to this place when it opened it was amazing and I would tell everyone how amazing it was. Now within the past few times I’ve been the customer service is absolutely horrible, today i had my order taken by some female in a cartoon anime jacket and she was less than pleasant. Didn’t tell me my total, didn’t give me any silverware or sauce just kinda shoved my food and drink towards me. Any other time I’ve been these past few months it’s been just as bad. Please fix the customer service here because I do still love the food!
I have had to delete my previous 5-star review of this place. The food quality has severely declined. The past 4 or so times I ordered a combination burrito, it has only come with refried beans and cheese only. It’s supposed to have refried beans and ground beef and cheese. Each time I thought I would order it again to give this place another chance, but I am done. Not only did the combination burrito come with beans and cheese again, but there was barely anything inside. I could have spent less money for a bean burrito, but you are charging for something that you apparently don’t make anymore. I won’t be fooled again.

HUGE tacos and HUGE nachos. Great deals for a lot of food. Tacos are only $1.29 on Mondays and they are VERY big. Great staff and a clean restaurant. Great deal for this much food.

Food is great tacos are on point. But I have never waited over 30 minutes in-line and at the menu for over 10 minutes waiting to order with no response foods great, customer service is the worst I have ever seen at a fast food establishment. Will not be going back because of the horrible customer service. Hire people that will actually take your order and make a taco unless than 40 minutes.

Absolutely love this place. I drive out of my way if I'm anywhere remotely around rogers to get tacos from here. Way way better than taco bell will ever be!
Absolutely love Taco Casa! They are always friendly and the food is always delicious and you can’t beat the prices. Way better than Taco Bell! If you’ve never tried Taco Casa you’re missing out!
They will not skim on anything at all. Plenty of cheese and meat and the flavors great!
