Was going to Dine in but they closed the dining area. Had already mobile ordered so we went through the drive through, took it home, and ate our soggy tacos that would have been crunchy had we been able to eat inside. Closing dining rooms in the middle of the day just doesn't make sense.

Absolutely ridiculous. Had a walk up mobile order and was told to walk through the drive thru line even though it is over 100 degrees outside. Every other Taco Bell in the area has their dine in option open. Management is absolutely moronic.

Worst service ever! I just ordered $33 worth of food online and I got to the store and they didn't even have my order anywhere to be found so I read off my order to them and they said they don't have the same things on the store menu and it was going to be $45 for my order. When I asked why it was so much more for less food they said they've had problems with online orders and there's nothing they know to do about it. Ridiculous! If I could give zero starts I definitely would.

Ordered three tacos and all were cold and half filled— and mainly filled with lettuce, not meat. Was missing two items from purchase and asked for extra hot sauce, only to receive two hot sauce packets and three mild sauces.It sucked. Taco Bell on 8th street at 9:00 ish

I am a regular Taco Bell customer, but this is the first time stopping at this location. I was on my way home from appointments and had an hour drive. I stopped here to use the restroom (I know) and inquired if I could purchase a large cup of ice as I already had an iced tea in the car. The young man waiting on me was very polite and insisted there was no charge. I found the restaurant and restroom to be in excellent condition. I will definitely return to this location (for food as well) on my next trip to Rogers.

The service was good that day. I went inside to order takeout rather than go through the drive through, which tends to take longer than I feel it should. My food order was correct and made in good time.

I went to a Taco Bell's and my order was wrong, I went to the counter and asked if they could correct my order. The manager couldn't be bothered by my request. I did the survey and left my name and phone number with the survey in hopes that someone from corporate would give me a call to discuss the situation. Fat chance on that one, obviously Taco Bell doesn't value their costumers. I will go to different Taco Bell's throughout the area and order some food and the tell them that I didn't receive all of my order to get back at them for not contacting me.

Good food, problem is that our food took a very long time. It's supposed to be fast good yet we got served in 5 minutes. It may have to do with the time of day we went (9 pm) and we didn't use the drive thru. But I still expect to get our food fast, even considering that we were the only people in the restaurant, the workers were only focused on the drive thru patrons.

Never again am I going to this Taco Bell! I was $6 for this! I asked for 2 orders of nacho bellgrandes and both came out like this! The worst ever!! I also paid for 3 extra tacos and paid for them and never came in the bag!

This young crew tonight was so on point. They had my order out immediately. Seeing them work together as a team was a big plus!!! Jackey, Trenton, Zach, etc!!! Did a great job! We need more workers like this!!!
