Went to Subway today. The food was good. Camden was very polite and courteous. Great customer service from him. However, Jennifer was the issue. She was polite at first but, she was actually rude to Camden in front of us more than once. I was seriously upset when Jennifer reached over Camden while he was trying to put vegetables on my sandwich more than once to grab vegetables for someone else's sandwich next in line. Jennifer bumped him over, reached over my sandwich with her arms and grab two different kinds of vegetables one in each hand. How rude! She was the person that put the meat on my sandwich and passed it over to him to put the vegetables on. Apparently, I wasn't rushing Cameron fast enough for Jennifer. I was having a great experience my first time back at Subway since the pandemic and Jennifer ruined it by being rude.
They made me the completely wrong sandwich and forgot my chips.
This post literally has rotten tomatoes and roaches on the bread. This was 4 YEARS AGO and no one is talking about it.
The wife wanted to have dinner where they prepared to our meal in front of us. After lots of thought this was the only place that made your food in front of us just the way we liked it. She is so easy to make happy.
Nice folks
We put our order in through the website. This is the second time out of 3 visits they didn't make the sandwich as ordered. Why fill out options on the website to get the meal you want when it's ignored.
Today my Uncle had a medical issue in the parking lot and one of the customers seen him fall and went to go help him and my Uncle said he was ok and got up and fell again this time hitting his head on the asphalt very hard. The customer continued to help him by trying to call an ambulance however my Uncle asked that they call my mother instead. She then told the customer to please call an ambulance and she was on her way from fayetteville. First of all Thank You to the very kind customer who cared to help my Uncle. As my mother left I realized we didn't know what hospital they would take him to or any real information so I called Subway. The employee named Jacob answered the phone and I explained the situation and told him I didn't have any information and he kindly explained what had happened and went out and stood close to the ambulance and relayed information to the people taking care of my Uncle. We knew that he had fallen twice and hit his head very hard but, had no other information if he was ok. The nice man Jacob stayed on the phone with me giving me what information he could like my Uncle was in and out but, was talking to them. That was a great relief to have someone that cares enough to find out information for a family who is franticly trying to get to their loved one. Turns out my Uncle when the ambulance got there only had a heart rate of 12. He is doing a little better now but, still had staples in his head and other things we are finding out. I asked Jacob to get my uncle's truck keys and to lock the truck and we could be there shortly to get it. He really went above and beyond for this family and Sir I hope you know what a great thing you did for our family today. I will always be appreciative for all you did. God Bless
Awesome
Very disappointed in this store. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this store. Lobby was not clean. I ordered a steak and cheese my usual and it was dry and hard. Staff didn’t talk to me. I was helped by an order lady. After not being noticed for atleast 3 minutes. After receiving a lot of dirty looks:(. I will never return to this subway. I was told by my sister she might have been the manager of that subway which makes it even more disappointing.
I think the girls name was Alicia, but she had blonde hair and bangs and she was so kind. I like my sandwiches made in a specific way because I'm kind of OCD about food and she was very patient and understanding. The staff are always wonderful when I go here. This is my favorite Subway.
