Not what I wanted this is ridiculous !!! I got my meal an my sandwich wasn’t toasted didn’t have all the ingredients I wanted wrong sauce !! Wrong everything nobody answered the phone when I tried calling because I had my meal delivered to my house !! Very furious ?
if i could i would give 0 stars sandwiches where OK but not good and my husbands was absolutely horrible they messed up our orders and i keep calling and no one answers the phones down their

I got a cold cut combo and my daughter got the veggie sub. Sandwiches were good. Would have liked a clean table no customers several tables none were cleaned. Bathroon had no paper towels but they did go add those after were informed were out.
I had an online order delivered to me though door dash. I work from home and I was going to be on a call with a client so I selected contactless delivery. When my ring door bell notified me that a person was at the door, I was ecstatic. Once I got off the phone, I went to get my food. I noticed lettuce and cheese on the pavement so I checked my items. My protein bowl was a mess and the lid was ajar. I checked my ring security cam and sure enough it was all caught on cam. The lady dropped my protein bowl. I'm not sure what to do or how to even get a hold of door dash since this was a direct online order through subway so I tried calling the store direcrly to see how I can go about notifying the driver or door dash or just to see what subway can do.Unfortunately, I called several times and no one picked up. Last time I'll be ordering from this store.
Prices have sky rocketed but staff was friendly and patient while food was pretty good.
