Extremely rude employees. Terrible service. One girl purposely burned my mouth when I asked her to remake my drink. When I called and spoke to the manager all she had to say was “so are you trying to get a new drink?” Needless to say, I didn’t care about the drink and I don’t want to go back there ever again after the way I was treated. ?
Very frustrated that they only allow you to pickup mobile orders through the drive through. How is that suppose to make it faster? I was late today because I had made a mobile order when I left my house, when I got to Starbucks they wouldn’t let me inside to get it, saying I had to go through the drive through. The drive through line was ridiculously long and I waited over 15 minutes just to get to the window.

Hands down the BEST location. I’ve been visiting this SB for 5 years now. I have always been happily greeted wheather it be through the doors or drive through. This team is amazing, professional and personable. They are always in a good mood (even when short staffed.) They know me by name and they’ve mastered my coffee order without me even saying a word. I love this location and very thankful to work close enough to walk over anytime I need a beverage. I’d give it 9733689 stars but Google only lets me do 5.
I love going to this location because the service is generally really fast, they have great customer service,and they rarely mess up an order. Chick-fil-A for some great food. I highly suggest if you are looking for a good Starbucks this is the place to go.

I hate to even write this but although I’m greeted with the best service, the past few times I have been here has resulted in a 30 minute waits and spontaneous lobby closings.Not sure if it’s Covid related but I hope it goes back to normal soon!
Some needs to work on their logistics here. Not sure if its management, or the corp office. But twice now, they have been out of everything I've asked for.I get it. Covid-19. But i don't seem to have this problem elsewhere.
Everyone at this location is so nice!! Always come here and have an amazing experience!! Jared especially is an amazing barista and provides exceptional customer service each and every time. He’s so nice and doesn’t mind answering any questions we have.
