Sat in the drive thru line forever. I was the only one there and they only had a few cars sitting in the parking areas. I ordered drove to the window and was not greeted I sat there forever and even knocked on the window. The manager just looked at me and IGNORED ME. Not once was I even greeted to say they’d be with me in a moment. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes of nothing. Went to the sonic on 102 10x more busy and had a way better experience. This sonic definitely needs a management change and better training
Very poor staff waited almost 30 min for two drinks and never received them bc they couldn’t even answer the red button. Very poor staff
Ungodly slow. Maybe they were extremely short-handed and having problems hiring so I get that but I waited 27 minutes for my drink. The server was incredibly nice and very apologetic.
Manager wasn’t very friendly. I ordered Coke Zero and got regular coke. I’m a diabetic. Pretty sad when the manager messes up a single drink order. Pathetic.
More than once has this location made our food incorrectly. I’ll let things slide once or twice but after more than two times it’s not an accident. I tried calling the restaurant and it rings busy. Now a days a dollar doesn’t get you very far so to pay for something and it not being even close to what you ordered is unfortunate. Avoid this sonic unless you want to waste your hard earned money.
Just visited 45 min before close because my child was hungry. Big surprise rude service like I came 5 min before close. 2 of the 3 items I ordered were cold and old and fn nasty. The only hot thing was the corn dog that the the middle aged man begrudgingly had to fry. I'm assuming 8t was because he didn't have any old ones laying around that he could microwave. Like he did my cold soggy 3 hour old cheese fries. Not the only time this has happened lately. This used to be my favorite sonic but has officially became the worst in town. I'll drive to the one in Bentonville from now on. Thanks guy!
I can't even believe my eyes. We ordered a corn dog kids meal, and this is the corn dog they gave us. This is in no way edible, and there is no way the worker didn't see this before putting it in the bag to give to us. Absolutely disgusting, do better!!!

When you order in the mobile app it takes like 15 minutes to get a simple order even just a drink and even not busy times. I've experienced this every time I visit. I prefer other sonics over this one.
20 minutes to receive the order of sweet tea that was nasty, a pretzel that was burnt to near blackened, and a carhop that shoved the bag in my face without saying a word? You've taken the crown for the worst sonic in northwest Arkansas, and that's saying something.
