Absolutely horrible. The health department needs to go inspect them. Not only did they get my order wrong 3 times, waiting 30 minutes at the drive thru while the employee's argued and messed around yelling at each other. When the guy finally opened the window he wiped his nose did not have gloves on, he put his hands over the side and top of my drinks pushing the lids on. It looked like he had not washed his hands in days. The fries were stale and cold. We threw everything away including the drinks, not wanting to take any chances on food poisoning or anything else. Someone needs to inspect them
Waited 5 minutes for a Rt 44 cup of ice. It was 10am. The lot had less than 10 cars. For the time I spent here, I could have drove to Walnut.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. When order finally arrived all I received was flavored water. Not the drinks I ordered at all.
Took forever to place an order. They forgot to include our fries. The tots were cold. Ordered an Oreo milkshake that had three specs of Oreo dust in it and came completely melted.
having been coming to this sonic and multiple times the drive through speaker has been broken with no sign... corporate needs to look into it. I asked the lady at the drive through to please put up a sign letting others know it isn't working. Sonic off of West Hudson in Rogers AR.
The women who took our order was so rude. It made me not want to finish my order and just drive off. Food was great but I don't think I will ever go back to that Sonic after that experience.
Horrible service and food. We went there with gift cards twice. One was good for 10$ and one for 5$ but both times we went they got declined and we weren’t able to use them. When I go I speak at the top of my lungs but their microphone is so bad they still couldn’t hear me. I’ve realized that the quality of their food has become horrible and not fresh at all. Sometimes it’s even cold. The only food here that tastes fresh is the tater tots, which is the only reason I gave this location two stars. I would not recommend this location for you. If you want Sonic drive some extra miles to the one on SE 14th Street, not this one.
I’ve purchased ice cream from here several times and have either been told they’re out of something or have received the order but with nothing in it. The last thing I bought was a sonic blast with Reese’s, however it was just vanilla ice cream with very few Reese’s chunks on the top. I’ve also purchased food items here and it has taken at least 10 minutes to get my food. Very dissatisfied with this sonic. I most of the time go out of my way to Pea Ridge to order there.
Extremely slow service. Could see 3 male employees goofing off through the drive through window. One female was apologizing for how long it took.Burgers were lukewarm and no napkins were provided.
