I came to this sonic to wait for someone to respond to me in front of the intercom for over five minutes. I got tired of waiting so I moved to the side where I could take my order in one of the spaces. They then managed to mess up my order twice without caring about it at all. I can only imagine what struggle the other customers are going through because of how awful and careless this service was.
Pros:• very kind staff• slushies are delicious• cheddar peppers are deliciousCons:• they always take forever if you order any type of chicken (in my experience coming here for years) it’s taken 10+ mins every time so just a heads up if you’re in a time crunch•they sometimes get your order wrong, you never know if it’ll be your lucky day or not• I’ve had hair in my food in the past and today I had a fly stuck in my tater tot (don’t know if it was cooked with it or not?)
I had to wait in line too long, just ordering drinks through the drive through, Sonic shouldn't allow food orders during Happy Hour (2 - 4pm) call in (or Sonic app) orders are fine! Just make it Happen Sonic No Food orders by the drive through between 2 - 4pm
Every time I come to this sonic, it takes 10-15 minutes just for someone to answer the red button. Then, it takes forever for the food to come out. The employees are absolutely useless with answering the buttons. I used to work at Sonic in another town and it was always a priority to answer the call from the stall. This place needs new management. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has less than an hour lunch break.
Pulled up and hit the bottom and the system acknowledged somewhere will be with me shortly. I waited 10 min and nobody helped me so proceeded to the drive through. The lady through the intercom told me to hold on one second. 10 min later still nobody has taken my order. The guy behind me in line skipped the intercom and went straight to the window where the lady proceeded to take his order. I definitely will not be going to this location again and do not recommend it.
Don’t waste your time at this sonic location. We waited for 18 minutes inside the drive in until we found out that our food was already done and just sitting in the kitchen along with 25 other bags of people waiting. When we got our food it was cold. Another thing, about a dozen cars went through the drive-through before we got up to check, and we were there before them. This location needs better management. Disappointed.
It always takes so long to get anything. This sonic is closest to my house and it’s sad that I would rather drive farther for better service. If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here.
Waited forever at speaker in a spot that was open never responded. Several spots were marked off with cones ours was not. Went to drive thru never answered. Restaurant was open.
My husband and I came to this sonic with a mobile drink order for 3 drinks. Including our car there were 2 others at 8 o’clock at night. They were almost dead and not busy at all, yet it took them 15 minutes to bring out 2 medium drinks and a large drink. The service here is always terrible which is disappointing considering it’s 5 minutes from the house. Oh well we can drive an extra 5-10 to go to a better sonic.
#2 Double cheese burger with mayonnaise, small tot, Route 44 strawberry limeade with extra strawberries. It was all perfect.
