Not only did I wait in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. They then decided to just pour the sauce on top of my wings instead of shaking them in it. Which caused the box to break and leak all over my truck due to the extra sauce. Also wings were not covered at all they dumped it in one spot. OUTSTANDING chicken and wings. Also their ranch is great. There are none better. We drive 100 miles from our home to eat here.
Food is fantastically fresh, the lemonade is to die for. The only reason this location does not get 5 stars, ironically is the location. Going to eat during conventional times like 11-1 or 5-6 pm will sink you in heavy traffic with a confusing parking lot as well. Other than that no complaints with service or food
It was the 1st time to this location and we enjoyed the set up plus the decor. We also enjoyed our choice in menu items as my daughter had wings as I devoured the Memphis BBQ Chicken Sandwich. She really loves the mac and cheese over the fries (compared to a food truck that offers smoked mac and cheese) as we both loved the brownie for our dessert. If or when we're in the area again, we'll definitely visit this location as they were friendly with everyone that entered in addition to making sure everyone's food was to the customers satisfaction.
One of my favorite places to eat. My favorite menu items are the Chicks Meal and of course the Chicken Club Sandwich. Don't forget to pair it with their ranch, they have one of the best ranch dressings around! Even my five year old agrees! I can never get my kiddo to eat meat, but she loves Slims Chicken paired with their ranch. The lobby is also very clean and spacious. Staff are very nice and helpful, one offered to get me a highchair for my 1 year old even though he already had his hands full. I will say tho the bathrooms are tiny, and it's very hard to bring a kiddo in through the door with a diaper bag let alone a car seat. It's a very tight fit.
Fri, April 15th 2022. Arrived right at 10 and lobby still had customers inside. I arrived to pick up a door dash that had already been ordered and I just needed to pick up. Employee at the door said they were closed. I explained that I just needed to pick up a dash order. One ready was not my order. Employee REFUSED to let me hold inside for the order instead telling me I had to go through drive through that was backed out to the road. Obviously I absolutely refused to wait 25+ minutes to get an order that was ordered 9 minutes before my arrival. I would say the likelihood of the customer getting their order was "Slim" they late at night with your drive that busy. Stay "Slim" pickings at night, I won't be taking dash orders from here anymore no matter the dollar amount. Have a good weekend.
Always tasty. Super friendly but don't be surprised if you find a Chick FIL A line with a McDonald's wait... Usually worth it every once in a great while something goes rogue but most of the time its on point
The service and food was both wonderful but it must have been at least 40 degrees in the dining room.When we complained about it we were told it had to be that cold so the cook wouldn’t be too hot.So it seems to me that an engineer could figure out how to keep the kitchen cooler and the dining room more comfortable. We won’t be eating inside again until they can fix that problem.
Frankly, between the other chicken fast food places, this one is my least favorite. That being said, the fried pickles here are great and for a decent price, so they've earned my respect with that.
