The girl who worked memorial Day night made the best damn mocha ice latte I ever had. Not too much syrup not too much milk not too much ice. Perfect. If I would have only known that she was going to make it so damn good I would have left her a good tip I am excited to see her next time. LOL

Tried a almond milk latte with butterscotch and my partner got an almond milk latte with the butterscotch foam. Both were very good! I didn’t know what the foam was and the lady explained it to me in a very polite manner. Very impressed with this location and how kind their staff is.

EDIT: 12/28/21 - I just saw the response from Scooters. Thank you for reaching out. I’ll reach out through your link. Much appreciated and increased by one star for the concern.I hadn’t read the reviews before stopping. I should have as my comments mirror Debisree’s. I picked up a Mocha Latte and a Chai Tea Latte, as well as the barista recommended blueberry and caramel muffins. All of it was mediocre. Everything was ultra sweet. Also, the barista cleaned both cups, but one was leaking and by the time I arrived to my destination, my car had more beverage than the cracked plastic cup. By the taste, it wasn’t worth going back to replace. It was disappointing - the snack and the clean up.

My usual place was closed and I’m so glad I stopped here. Great coffee. Had a hazelnut Frappuccino with whip. Great service, fast and convenient.

Great folks and really nice... enjoyed!

Its nothing to write home about but, the Barista was pleasant and good natured. She didn't have the typical, fake, automated customer service response. Human interaction is hard to come by, if only brief, when everything now comes at the push of a button. It's a job like any other and there are a few people that tend to be themselves which is way better than getting a robot at the window. As an old friend of mine used to say when she owned her own coffee shop, no matter what time of day you arrive, "It's better Latte than never!" ? Dumb and Silly, but, it put a smile on people's faces every time.✌?☕

We saw this drive through coffee place while passing by, hence made an effort to stop by. It was a summer afternoon, and there was no wait time. We took a cold brew with creme, and a chocolate croissant. The server lady was nice. The coffee was pretty mediocre, and the amount of creme and sugar was too much for me. The croissant was small in size, crispy outside but soggy inside. Overall, nothing impressive.

Had been going here and there I was enjoying the coffee till today I seen how the employees handle situations, pull up to the mic asked for a snickers expresso blender and instead of telling me that they are short on ingredients and couldn’t make what they were advertising, i instead get a drink that taste like a cup of coffee “which I’m more than capable of making at home” rather than getting the 6$ drink that I ordered. I pulled back up to the window to ask why my drink was not what I ordered and was told that they didn’t have all the correct ingredients to make the drink and that all they could do is remake the drink rather than Just refund me. If it was met with even basic customer service I would be returning but because of what I received I will be going to McDonalds.

If the owners or manager would like to know why 7brew has 2 lines and 20 cars waiting for coffee in the AM while Scooter’s has 2, it’s because the coffee at Scooter’s is inconsistent and rarely good. The food is terrible and microwaved. I got a “bacon” burrito with one piece of bacon the size of the nail on my pinky finger. All 3 times I have tried Scooter’s this was the experience. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I used to love coming here before work for a quick smoothie (mango matcha smoothie with almond milk and protein powder). The staff is always friendly, but most of the time they’re not making my order right. I can’t always drive back, and i hate spending the extra money when the drink’s not right 70% of the time.
