The current management team is doing a great job delivering top quality products and friendly service. My favorite manager left before COVID and then the closure made this business a tremendous challenge in general. The team now has exceeded any expectations I had and their meals are solidly great.
We waited to order at the speaker for around 7 or 8 minutes. No one was in front of us at the window. I said hello several times. Even the person behind us got tired of waiting and went inside. I drove up to the window and got some ones attention. He said um how can I help you. I told him we had been waiting for quite some time and he said well I never knew it. I just drove off. There is no way he didn't hear us. Love the food but won't be back.
The Service is Always spot on here!! As usual the food is Great!! To pricey for me but when I go its Worth it!!!
Great food and service but daggum... prices on a sandwich are rediculously high. It's a schlotzskys thing not the franchisee but still..

This is my go to drive thru fast food spot. Always good and the window folks always go above and beyond. Beats a burger eveeytime
Young blonde working the drive thru (5/3/22 at 5:40pm) was very rude with a nasty tone, body language, and rude/disgusted facial expressions when nicely asked a simple question of wondering if the cinnamon rolls were served warm. Made me feel really stupid for just asking if the rolls came warm. Highly suggest training on how to interact with customers because that was so incredibly rude and unnecessary. People will not appreciate being spoken to, gestured at, and looked at that way.Also, the cinnamon rolls did not taste fresh at all. Super dry and stale.
I ordered a pick 2 Turkey bacon sandwich and pizza. I’m very disappointed! I called and spoke to the manager and he didn’t seem to care. He did mention that he’s the one that prepared my order. This is what 3 ounces of meat look like? Funny thing is that I used to work there once upon a time ago.
Always a good experience. Quick lunch spot, with delicious options. I'm a repeat customer here, but for good reason. Okay price, great food, excellent service. Always a solid option.
They had run a promotion for French dip and they don’t have any adju sauce. I ended up ordering a turkey and Avocado sandwich which tasted pretty good but a little petite.
