Had a great first experience in here today! Walked in just to see what the store was and ended up spending 45 minutes and $100.The selection is huge with smell samples on every tea offered. There’s also taste samples on certain teas spread around, too.I was a big fan of the “tea bar” they have where you can try any tea they sell hot or cold. It was so fun and informative. The staff was super friendly and personable and helped us with our purchase after asking all of our questions.Such a neat store!
They have such great teas, cool accessories, and wonderful service.
They were out of a lot of things and had to thaw food items that weren't on display, though they looked tasty from afar. I went in just wanting a coffee but they didn't have the ingredients for their bourbon mocha espresso and gave me a simplified mocha espresso. My wife's drink was some fancy cardamom that was talked up by the staff member and she[my wife] said it tasted like basic coffee. While it was good and the customer service was great, hopefully next time I can get what I want.
My favorite drink is an 18 oz iced apricot black/mango pomegranate ½ sweet ? really good place great atmosphere, lovely teas
This is one of my favorite shops and one of the few reasons I visit the mall. It's a beautiful shop with good smells and plenty of choices for every type of tea enthusiast. Ask one of the folks up front about the rewards program its really useful if you want to visit frequently.

Went here for our son to get him a expresso was pretty impressed it was a pretty upscale place and the price was very competitive way better than Starbucks
Excellent tea tasting place. Was here with some friends from out of town. They loved just as much as we did.
