I really thought it would have been good but no chance, waiter was too accelerated and talking about his personal life, The steaks were hard and chewy, the plates just looked sad, you can imagine how they tasted.
don't mistake the one star. the food is great at this establishment. the problem was service.first of all, our waitress was probably on break. not a problem. we were informed from the beginning that our present waitress was temporary. when our actual waitress (Brandy) appeared, we already had our appetizers and drinks. she said she would be back in a moment. maybe 15 minutes went by before she came back. when we ordered our food and it was served, my wife all for another drink. she didn't come back for another 15 minutes. we were almost finished with our meal. she came by and ask if everything was okay. my wife said no. I want my drink and my water is empty. she came back with the water. slammed it on the table. splashed it all over my wife and the table and kept walking. the manager was notified. he apologized and cleaned the spill up. needless to say, though the food was great, I probably won't be back. that meal cost $80. my wife and I were very displeased with our service.

The ambiance is cowboy themed.*Within walking distance of the amp and top golf*Food was at the correct temperature*Free bread and butterCons:*Loaded cheese fries were potatoes cut into large cubes so you get a lot of potato vs. topping.*Country Fried steak didn't have a lot of flavor.*2 beers, cheese fries appetizer and country Fried steak was over $55 with tip.
Absolutely wonderful service and amazing food! First time ever going and will definitely come back. 10/10, one of the best steak houses I've been to since moving to NWA from Texas.
Food was excellent. Only the second place I have eaten where the steak needed no sauce. A bit pricey though.
I was seated and that was it. I ask for a table at the bar to look at the game, which she sat me but nothing after that. No other staff stopped by to even take drink order. No water, nothing. The waiting staff continuously walked past me without any acknowledgement. I proceeded to wait but after roughly 8-10 min I walked out. I don't think they even knew I left. It was very degrading.
My friend and I just ate at Saltgrass Steak House in Rogers and it was really good. We sat at table 73/1 and our servers name was Kayla. Anyway Kayla was very nice, quick and got our food and drinks in a timely manner. Dined on Christmas Eve expecting a great meal and experience. Staff were friendly … food was a great disappointment! Entire meal was cold…Filet Minon was tough and hard to chew, broccoli was not warm enough to even melt soft butter! Not sure how they stay in business if that’s the norm …Strike one- your out !
