Had a horrible experience. Ordered 3 meals with upgrades and a shareable. The meals were unacceptable. The upgrades of noodles were dry as well as the fried rice. The lack of protein and vegetables for the price we paid was horrible. Contacted corporate and was told we would get a refund. We spent 56.25 on our food and got a 13.88 refund in our acct. This was our first and last time eating here.

Pei Wei is a favorite for my family. This location is usually pretty quick at preparing takeout orders and the staff is always super friendly.I normally get beef fried rice and it's great most of the time, but most recently they put way too much soy sauce on the dish.

For quick Asian cuisine this place is great. The staff super friendly and helpful. I order the season dish and honestly I was disappointed. But while eating the General Manager Billy was walking around asking customers how everything was. I told him I was disappointed and he made me another dish one of his favorites on the house. I have been back 7 times since love this place.

I enjoyed dining in a quiet, clean environment. You order at the counter with the giant menu on the wall and they bring it to your table if you're dining in. The eggroll was okay but the mushrooms in it gave it an off flavor from what I was expecting. The orange chicken was great - a little spice and very delicious. ...I gave a 4 star because after I ate there, I read the recent Bentonville health inspector report, which cited some food violations.

This was my first time eating here. I got shrimp fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. The rice tasted like they put some kind of sweet sauce all over it and I couldn't eat it. The spring rolls were nice and crispy I. The outside, but soggy and mushy inside, like they were old soggy spring rolls that they threw back in the fryer to make them crispy again.

Not sure how this could be worse hair in food, flavorless wontons and spring rolls, quality of meat is awful, I really think what is rendered down into dog food is probably a grade above this. Then just to top is all off we got to pay $70 to feed 3 people and still left hungry.

Enjoyed the Kung Pao Shrimp. Even though it's a find-your-own-seat, get-your-own-drink, and throw-away- your-own-plate type restaurant (they do bring the food to your table), the tables all looked clean. In other words, they keep the place tidy and clean.

I'm extremely impressed with this place! Before I became vegetarian (five-ish years ago), I really loved some of their chicken dishes, but I pretty much stopped going after I became vegetarian. (They had a couple of noodle dishes that were perfectly fine, but I live in Fayetteville, and the noodle dishes weren't worth going out of my way for.)NOW, however, Pei Wei is really starting to accommodate vegetarians, and I'm so appreciative of/excited about that! My very favorite chicken dish (honey-seared chicken) can now be ordered with tofu instead, and I find it every bit as satisfying as the original version was.Knocking one star because every once in a while, they really skimp on the sauce, which results in about half of your meal just being flavorless white rice. When they're on their game though, this place rocks.

I used to love Pei Wei but the last few times have not been the greatest. Sauce was salty, meat was over cooked and the noodles were very plain.

I was given an interview && HIRED by the manager"Liz" was never given a call back, nor have I been able to get in touch with a manager since. ?
