Love your food but in the future please make your drive thru wider and easir for vehicles to access

Third time of employees forgetting one of the combos of our order. We place the order at the mic. Sometimes they ring it up and sometimes not, but 3 times of not getting the orders we ordered.Keep your diarrhea chicken and rice. I'll go down to PF Changs, thanks!

My uncle loves this place ( Rogers, AR) but it's hard to get a dining table out of the doorway. The employees pack boxes in one corner and then put their personal belongings in the other corner so there's no sitting at a table out of the doorway. It would be nice if employees kept their personal stuff in the back until they take break so those paying to dine in could sit in a warm corner out of the breeze from the doors opening and closing.

Asked for fried rice, got plain rice. Asked for teriyaki chicken and got plain chicken with a teriyaki sauce packet. Not to mention the people were rude and very short with us. If we wanted to have to put our own meals together we would have done so. We won't be back to this location.

How is it every time I have visited this location over the last several years they are ALWAYS out of everyday menu items(chicken, egg roles, crab rangoons,etc.)… today was no different even being out of SOY SAUCE!!! Come on, I shouldn’t have to stock soy sauce at my home because of bad par levels being set in your store.

Teriyaki chicken is still not available. The parking lot at this location is a nightmare due to the drive through for them and a couple other restaurants.

Ordered broccoli beef.... I got broccoli no beef! Every time I've ordered from this place the orders have been getting worse and worse. I will not be using them anymore.

Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had anywhere in a while. I went through the drive through and right off the bat the young lady on the other end of the speaker was rude in her tone and tried to speak over me mid sentence (they were not busy at the time). I then paid and got my food but both of my side orders and an entree missing. We didn’t realize that the entree was missing until we were across town. We called and told them what were missing and they said they would replace it. We drove all the way back and pulled up to the speaker to let them know we were there to pick up what we were missing and they told us “ oh that was in the small box we actually put it in your order with everything else” I think I’ll have to go inside next time so that I can watch what they are doing so that they don’t COMPLETELY LEAVE OUT HALF OF MY ORDER. Honestly I would’ve been fine if it was just one thing that they missed but at that point it’s just a complete lack of being able to read and look at what is inside of a bag before handing it out.

This is a shout out to Jessica! Thanks for the extra help with the large order. Fix the menu on Grub Hub so Jessica doesn't have added work!

Great place to grab a fast lunch . I get the bowl , fried rice and orange chicken and medium drink for like 9.99. It's always pretty good.
