Tried this restaurant for the first time last night and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I Ordered the honey Chipotle shrimp tacos, everything was very delicious even the chips and salsa, I ordered queso for dipping as well as a mixed drink, it was fantastic! Our waitress Madison was beyond amazing! I thought they would be rude or upset about us coming in 30 minutes before closing but No Way, they were very polite and welcoming! Definitely one of my top 5 favorite places to eat in Rogers!
Went on Mother’s Day and it wasn’t too busy, we were sat right away. Our waitress was great and super friendly, they ran out of crayons and she gave my kids her colored pens to color with. If you’ve ever waited tables, you know how important pens are! We made sure she got them back though. Anyways we’re from Texas and my first job was OTB. I can say that the tortilla soup at this OTB was made completely wrong and had no taste, no flavor. My tortilla chips on the soup were 60% soggy, which means our food prob sat in the heating window for bit. Our food wasn’t hot, just kinda warm. There were also a TON of ants on the wall of our booth. Like so many little black ants crawling. I even had some on me and my infant daughters car seat, and on her face.So we had good waitress but the OTB needs work. We probably will not be back, and will just wait the wait at Chuy’s next time.
Went for dinner 4/29/22 and service was outstanding. Got a order of Smokey queso for an appetizer and it was awesome. We ordered the 3 barria taco combo with consume and it was outstanding! Was very surprised with how good it was. My partner got a big burrito combo and a strawberry margarita that was very good. Our waitress was super sweet and timely! She refilled our chips three times without us having to ask and checked on us a lot. Was a very good experience for it being dinner rush!
Food is already cooked and heated in microwave or something close to that. Food has no flavor and was loop warm. You can eat the food but, not Mexican. Not tex mex. That's probably why there wasn't one Hispanic person working there or eating there.Poor service. This must have been the girl's first time as a waitress. Would not recommend this restaurant if you want true Mexican or Tex Mex food. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant and had yellow squash on my plate. Mostly yellow squash on the fajita plate. Cheaper than peppers I'm sure. $54 bad dining experience. Yes. Under cooked black beans and rice. No bueno
Bad dinning experience all the way around. The food is processed food warmed up. Not freshly made every day as the owner claims. Half the food came out loop warm. Why put Mexican food on an iron skillet that doesn't come out sizzling because it hasn't been put on the Fire.? Mostly rice and beans in the burrito undercooked. The girl we had waiting on us must not have been a waitress long. Very poor service and there was only four couples in the whole restaurant. I think they had the bartenders come over and work the restaurant side. The food is horrible but the drinks looked wonderful. I'm just not a drinker.
Food and drinks are usually good here. Service isn’t as good as it used to be. They have a queso club that they changed in about the middle of the program. It’s still free but they out of the blue changed it to where you have to spend $10. To get the queso free. This isn’t how I signed up for it, so it’s really irritating.
We always sit at the bar and have great service! The mangonata margarita and the Barbacoa tacos are top notch. We have always had great bartenders with a sense of humor and fast service! Chips and queso are good too.
service was lousy.took 20 minutes for waitress to take our order.had to ask for tea refills.45 minutes to get our food.good was so over seasoned with Cilantro it was bitter.Spanish rice was way under cooked as rice was crunchy.beans were under cooked.the chicken for th fajitas was burnt and dry.wife had same issues with her beans and rice.her stuffed Chile relleno , enchilada and tacos were over seasoned with celantro as well and bitter.manager was not to concerned when I addressed this issue with her and didn't even offer up an apology as she had excuse after excuse.$60 for a lunch that I couldn't even feed to my dog.nope, I will never grace the doors if this establishment ever again.don't go here as there are a lot better restaurants to eat at.unless you like drinking and sports then this would be your kind of place.
The new tamales are fantastic. When my husband and I go there we always have a great time due to the good food, great drinks, and wonderful staff.
great food and awesome service.
