Over the years I lived in NWA I frequented this location. The food was always good. The one reason I don’t give it five stars is because the wait staff is young and so they often times aren’t as attentive as they could be. I would frequently order pizza. I could sit and watch my completed order sit on the edge of the counter in the kitchen getting cold. By the time they’d bring it it would be like warm at best. I had to speak to the manager at least twice about how the staff would be laughing and having a good old time while orders got cold waiting to be delivered. It got to the point that I’d go and tell them to give me my order as soon as it was boxed. Overall the food is good. You’ll enjoy it. But be aware that the service will be affected by the staff on hand.
I’ve been eating at this place now for several years. The food is good somewhat pricy but good quality. We ate there today with our daughter and both ordered at the same time however paid separately. All ordered a sandwich of some sort and she had her order almost 15 minutes before we called over a server and asked why ours was so long and said to her ours must have been misplaced. She came back and forcefully said we weren’t forgotten but was waiting on our club sandwich to be ready. There were at least two or three other tables that came after us that ordered sandwich’s with no delay. Mistakes happen but when you can’t apologize and admit an obvious that’s a problem.
The food is just OK and the prices for the food are way too high for the quality received. I had heard good things, but have been disappointed twice.
Newk's is my favorite deli, I like everything I've tried and the app is real convenient. My favorite sandwich is the Newk's Q. I like the thin crust on their pizza. Their salads are amazing. I like how the Greek salad has artichokes with it. Delicious dressings and the soups are really good too. Caramel lovers have to try the caramel cake. (:
Clean, efficient service, decent price. I wasn't a big fan, but I'm not a big soup & salad guy, so it's just not for me. Beside personal preferences, the objective things were all very good.
Great sandwiches and sides, I really enjoyed the Mac and Cheese. Everything seems fresh and there are lots of options from GF to Vegetarian to meat lovers. Worth a visit or a few...
Food is OK but there are little bugs flying around and landing on served food and plates. trash and food on the floor while associates are standing around talking or playing on their phones I like the food but I will not return due to the uncleanliness of the store.
The food was GREAT! The young lady taking our order could definitely smile more and know the menu better. Oh and yes! Even with a mask on you can tell when someone is smiling and offer good customer service.
It’s really unfortunate when you like the food, but the service is so consistently poor that you just can’t justify going back. Another absolutely horrible experience, and the last straw for us at Newk’s Rogers. To whomever owns this establishment, for your own sake, get it together!
I’ve eaten here previously and have enjoyed the food and service, but this is ridiculous. I order the Shrimp & Avocado salad, there’s clearly no Avocado and this is just a sad salad $12.79
