I ordered and got my food very quickly, the McChicken was very dry though. I came back to the register and asked for a water cup and they charged me for water, who charges for water? overall good experience and decent food.

We asked for 2 Frozen Cokes and a kid drink. They give us our total, we pay at the 1st window, then go to the next window. They decide to tell us they "are 'defrosting' it, and would we like raspberry or Dr. Pepper." Umm, no, we asked for Coke, thank you, not raspberry or Dr. Pepper.This is our third attempt at this MDs, and I was reluctant to come because we had issues in the past with food orders, but I figured they can't mess up drinks, right? Wrong. Never again. We'll just back track to the one in downtown Rogers or Bentonville. This place is not worth the waste of time.
This McDonald's location was clean, and the food was fresh and hot. I was surprised to see a clean restroom. Kudos!
I come here all the time. I always give them the benefit of the doubt. I come early very early between 5 and 5:30am they are never constant with the food. I let it go. I won’t be any more. They tell me they don’t serve bikers. But today they will. And my food was wrong.
