The restaurant smells terrible. It has a wet moldy smell. Possibly from dirty mop water/buckets, but definitely disgusting.

I love how long they allow me to stay even though I don't buy very much. The way they cook is awesome. Parking is limited. If you like watching cheers this is the McDonald's you would enjoy to.
This McDonald's is the absolute worst during the night. I'm a doordasher and it took me well over over hour to receive the order. We are on a time base schedule. They claim that the system is down and can only accept cash. I was a manager for several years at a bunch of different places so I know we'll enough its just down to reset for the next days (12:01am). Yall need to figure out a better system in getting the doordash orders out as fast as possible considering yall are supposed to have it done by the time we pull up. When I finally got up to the window and was complaining the female manager on duty didn't seem to care at all. Your customers should NEVER wait an entire hour!! How would you feel to wait an hour for your food?
Drive away it was too busy but it wasn't their fault there was a big to do going on at the fairgrounds up the road in Springdale have a blessed day Mr Marion Wright love to eat there. Have a blessed day!
Best McDonald's in rogers. Or maybe the world seriously, all my mobile ordes are super particular and always perfect. I really appreciate the staff there!
Just got back from going to McDonald's. Ate inside. On the way home, I started throwing up.Going to stay away from McDonald's...Went to this McDonald's after midnight and the drive thru was packed. Didn't move 1 spot in a 10 minute time span. This location has really gone downhill ever since Bill and Walter Matthews have been running it into the graveyard ground. Went to Taco Bell after leaving and got much faster service. Bypass the graveyard and run for the border at TACO BELL!
Terrible costumer service. Asked if there was still and all day breakfast and the lady on the mic laughed at me. Haven't had McDonald's in years and the one time I decided to the lady taking the order laughed. I Do not recommend this site drive to a different location.
They take really long even if they are just using the window for order and to give the food out. It should only take 3 min tops from ordering to having it ready. Except quarter pounders
I visited this McDonald’s May 7th mainly because I wanted to take my children to the indoor playground but the playground was unfortunately closed due to “short staffed” ...We ended up dining in anyways and very much regretted it.*All the tables were dirty such as crumbs and soda/ketchup spills trash , so I cleaned my family and I a table to eat at with napkins and hand sanitizer.*The ketchup dispenser, dispensed bubbly red water.*The floor was slippery from scum. Seemed like they mopped prior with a dirty mop.*The trash cans were filled to the rim, trash falling out*Windows were full of oiled hand prints/streaks.*Trash all near the soda dispenserThere had to be at least 8 employees and they were just horse playing around just completely ignoring how unsanitary everything was.We enjoy McDonalds. My kids LOVE it but after this experience it honestly grossed us out…I really hope they do better on sanitizing their dining area because if this is how they treat an open area for customers to see, I can only imagine how it is behind the counter while they handle food.
