Well to order a simple lunch, became immensely hard. They have some new kiosk there to order your meal from however ordering something simple like a double cheeseburger meal or a single cheeseburger in a meal formation it's pretty hard and complicated. So what should have taken just a few seconds on the kiosk turns out to become quite immensely hard, one of the employees came over, then the manager oh, still didn't really get what we wanted or had it prepared the way that we wanted. But we did get to eat. So overall on the experience it was a 3 star, and the meal itself was a 4.
This store has fallen so far in the past few years. You want cold, soggy French Fries, this is your store. You want a store that cant seem to get orders correctly, let alone get everything in the bag, this is your store. Half filled drinks, yup you guessed it, this is your store. They couldn't do any worse if they actually tried! Do yourself a favor, pick a different McDonald's to go to.
I ordered two mcchicken and was given one. When I told them I ordered two,manager asked employee what happened and employee explained I ordered two and I heard her say “no”. I would’ve preferred her to explain to me why she refuses to give me another mcchicken. No big deal I just did not like her attitude over a mcchicken. Won’t be going back
The staff rush you and then get your order wrong. They give you one sauce and tell you to pay extra for anymore even if you have 5 orders. Luckily the manager was great and professional.
It's mcdonalds. It sets the bar for all other fast food. It's hard to rate it more than 3 stars because it does set the bar.
Line was forever long I know the workers were probably doing the best they could but fast food isn't that fast anymore fries were so stale we couldn't even eat them everything else was fine not good just fine
Great fast but fries were cold
20 minutes in the drive for a coffee and 5 hot cocoas and large fry.Then the coffee was sticky and had obviously been spilled some out of it. I love being pulled forward and watching the Starbucks next door work flawlessly
Poor customer service. They were missing my 10 piece chicken nugget. I checked after they handed me the bag. They then asked for the bag because they said I was lying. I told them not to touch my food because they did not have gloves on. They decided to take the food where we couldn’t see and check to make sure we were telling the truth. Then proceeded to hand us back the food. We Asked for new food they refused. So we asked for our money back then they told us to go to drive around to the other window when you first pay, smh. I normally don’t eat at McDonald’s but I will never come to this location EVER AGAIN.
Was as expected food was warm fries were fresh only thing was no sauce for the chicken nuggets ? but overall pretty good
