Awesome management. I ordered a steak. It came out not the way I ordered it. The waitress came and quickly addressed the situation. The manager came out personally and spoke with us. He did everything he could to fix the issue. Left very satisfied. Awesome customer service which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First time here and loved it. Had drinks, which came out quick. Ordered an appetizer, and also came out quick, so we were happy we didn't have to wait long. Our food tho, ribeye steaks were cooked exactly like we liked, full of season and our sides were just as good. Overall, best experience we has in a long time for a first time customer.
This is my first time of going to Longhorn Steakhouse and I enjoyed it! And I especially liked the fries. And their fries tasted as good as the fries from Applebee’s.
No regrets.We came out hoping to go to Texas Roadhouse (just up the road) but they were not accepting any additional customers for the evening at 7:30pm. Because we were in the mood for steak we decided to give LongHorn a try.My husband and I shared the LongHorn. It was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly. It didn't need steal sauce. The juices and seasonings were perfect. Jerad was an excellent server. We had a great time.**I forgot to take a picture before we started eating, the steak is bigger than the picture**
I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, it was super juicy and tender. The service was great thanks for the experience to the waitres (Ross). Will definitely go again!
On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and Tyson foods Incorporated we wanted to say thank you for one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was worth every penny. And you must have really good management because you have very great staff. All those young ladies running around working and doing everything they're supposed to do and always a smile on their face. Please don't forget that anytime you need him (which is all the time) the Lord Jesus Christ is there to help.
In the past, Longhorn has had consistently good food and service, but last night, that wasn't the case. The food took considerably longer than normal to get to our table and the burger I ordered was extremely greasy. Our server was great, but the woman that seated us, who identified herself as the manager, was very rude when I asked about moving to another table. I can get over one off night as far as the food goes, but what I will not tolerate is rudeness from staff, especially from the one who should be setting the example for the others. We will not be going back.
