It's a typical KFC, they are kind of rare nowadays, we used to have one close to where I live in cassville Missouri but it's no longer there.. seen this one and I jumped at the opportunity.. same great tastein chicken.. although their sides could use an update.
I went at 12:30 assuming that since it was lunchtime the food would be fresh, nope, everything seemed to have been sitting there for a while the chicken wasn’t even crispy anymore just soggy breading the biscuit was extra dry and the fries were also soggy.
Very good chicken ! Clean areas with tables. Friendly cashier's. A little pricey . 8 PC costing over 20.00 now. But everywhere is pricey anymore.
KFC Rogers Really needs to get a handle on their staff. After waiting 20 minutes for my family meal I drove the 20 minutes home to find the soggiest gross looking meal I have ever seen. They messed up my order and didn't give me my mashed potatoes and gravy.I called the store and informed them of their mistake and the girl answering the phone (same girl from drive through window) was super rude and told me I was wrong. After going back and forth for a few minutes she told me I could drive the 40min round trip to get the potatoes. I agreed and told her that since it was such a long drive she should give me a coupon or something to make up for it. At which point she told me I can have the potatoes and that's it. If I had a problem with it I should call corporate. I agreed and asked for her name she told me it was "none of my ******* business" and she doesn't give a ****If I called corporate. "We're short staffed" and they "can't fire me"I can promise you this - You single handedly ruined KFC for this life long customer. You can't treat people like that. I have given your company thousands of dollars over the years but I bet you never get another one from me.I'll go to Popeyes.
I’ve heard a three day old donuts but, never chicken, nasty KFC, manager was conformational when I called to report. Threw it all away, sorry kids I tried.
Service was fast and friendly had a famous bowl with chicken on the side. Food was very fresh
DONT COME HERE. Bad mannered employees/managers. The chicken made us sick. It was pink in some areas(i still have some chicken left) they're always rushed and the cook time on the chicken isn't done when it's pulled. Becareful and always check the chicken if you order from here
this place needs to just close down. I cant imagine they stay busy enough to justify staying open. i never see more than one vehicle there at a time.. service is crap, employees attitudes are crap. food is definitely not up to standard. placed an online order for pickup this evening. did as I've always done and went to the drive through window to pick it up. not a single person in the drive through but me. girl opened the window, told her we were there for our order. she responded telling us all takeout orders are inside and closed the window. I've placed multiple orders to be picked up at a certain time to ensure food is fresh. last time we called, I was rudely told they don't do that since they make enough and keep it in the warmers, and then was hung up on. seriously. just go to Bentonville KFC. their employees are the best.
the staff and the manager at this place are the rudest people I've ever met.. this store needs to be shut down and all the employees need to be blackballed in all restaurants and food service...
omg the laziness of people and the kid staff,,,they no biscuits ready, chicken cooked from pressure cooker,no napkins, gave us the wrong order 4 times, no sweet tea made cause the kids too busy playing, gave my husband cold fries...the Mac and cheese had to be every bit of 3 days old...WOW save your money and go elsewhere..this is a NO for me...I SWEAR my dog have more sense than some people and from the taste and looks of this food I know he eats better....No,No,No, THANK YOU...
