Ordered from this place and we are regretting it. Especially since we have a 19hr drive to do. Wings were soggy, flavorless, and the best part UNDERCOOKED. Now the 3 of us that ate the bone in wings are vomiting, while the one who ate the boneless is fine. Definitely wasn't a good day to eat in low lighting. Now dealing with Uber Eats about this. Waste of 120.00
The worst wings I have ever had.. old and obviously reheated.. soggy.. total waste of money and it’s a ghost kitchen
Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.
Just ordered for the first time never looked at the reviews but I got my meal as shown online wings were so far from under cooked they were perfect I had to share! Fries were seasoned great, was a great experience had to call to show my appreciation, employee who answered the phone was polite i didn't have to wait too long & the manager was understanding & appreciative not sure what they're doing to change all the bad reviews I've seen but keep up the good work. I'll be a regular customer for sure.
Well i was actually at Chilis. The $9 lunch deals are top notch. Guess I'll have to try the wings next time.
I read the reviews and should have listened but I was so tired today and just needed some food. Got three different 11 piece meals through door dash. You could hardly tell the difference between the flavors of sauce (Buffalo, Honey Sriracha, and Honey Chipotle) and so many of the wings had a little amount of sauce some didn't even have any.The chicken was overcooked and bland. I gave my husband all the best sauced chicken and he gives this place 3 stars while I would only give it 2.Unlikely to come back to pay for flavorless overcooked chicken. Maybe if they fix the issues in the future we'll give them a try but they need to do better.
Wings are terrible. Skin is slimy and chewy. Fries are soggy.
