Me and my dad come here almost every weekend to spend time together. My favorite are the cupcake pancakes! The food never fails. The waiters and waitresses are always so kind and helpful despite their busy job.
Went here for dinner during IHOPPY hour and ordered a colorado omelet with $3.99 pancake add-on (I chose the New York cheesecake stack). Staff were very kind and accommodating and I was able to add vanilla sauce from a different menu item to my pancakes at no charge. They even helped me figure out how to redeem 12 pancoins on ihop rewards for my meal after the bill was signed!
ok so first of all I LOVE ihop! they usually make the best omlettes and they are my favorite breakfast stop. however, my husband and I stopped here on Sunday afternoon and our experience was terrible. we waited forever to get a table and business was slow, there was only maybe 2 other tables there at the time. Our waiter seemed to be the only person on the floor really hustling. The kitchen had rap music being played so loud that we could hear it walking in the door over the lobby music. I ordered a side salad and when it was brought to me it was topped with vegetables that were cut for a burger, my husband ordered toast and when it was brought to him it was cold and did not have butter on it, my husband asked for new toast with butter and they just rolled his toast in cold liquid butter and sent it back out. my husband again asked for new toast, my husband waited a good ten minutes before he got up and asked for toast again to which the person in the kitchen argued with my husband saying the first set of toast had butter on it which it did not. this time my husband waited long enough for his toast that he was sure he wasn't gonna get toast and finally toast was sent out. the kitchen crew on Sunday afternoon was a disgrace and I feel bad for anyone having to work with them.
Highly recommend the Blueberry French Toast. The blueberries actually tasted fresh! Service could have been better (Thursday @3am) but the food was great. My order (sharing w/my daughter) was: 3 cheese & bacon omelet Hashbrowns Blueberry French Toast w/ sugar free syrup Every item was really good.
Chantel was one of the best wait staff!! Our food was wonderful! Only a 15 minute wait & they were very busy at 11:30
We went to IHOP in Rogers. We were seated right away, drink orders were taken and soon drinks were delivered to our table. It had been a while since we had gone to IHOP during the pandemic, so we took extra time looking at the menu since it had changed. We ordered and did not wait long for our food even though they were pretty busy. We all enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the attentive and helpful server we had. We'll look forward to another trip to IHOP!
First time we’ve been here. Wonderful wonderful service! Food was delicious! Our server was Roberto and he was very friendly and courteous! He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked to make sure all was ok. I would recommend stopping here!!
The service was terrible. The food was cold. No syrup was brought to the table, Asked for warm pancakes and still had to request syrup. Last, the restaurant was dirty. We will never return and make sure everyone we know is aware of the experience. It seems that IHOP would be the place to go for good pancakes but this was not the case.
Our order was missing half the food we ordered, including all the pancakes, and what did arrive was cold and undercooked.
It wasn't terrible. It wasn't anything special either. I had the southwest burrito. It has good flavor but had a bit of a fishy taste, almost like they forgot to clean the griddle area where they had cooked fish and then cooked my chicken or eggs in the burrito. I also had some gnarly indigestion after that. Their fruit is good, their pancakes are good and their coffee is good, so overall not a bad place. I'm willing to go back again.
