The pizza was OK. The service was horrible. I asked for curbside pick up. I was told I had to come in when I arrived and called. I waited by the front door 5 minutes. Someone finally came by and I asked if I could have my pizza. They sent me to the back of the restaurant. I and people I was eating with have cancer or are immune compromised. I am not supposed to be inside restaurants.I was masked and saw that while no one else was masked there were only 6 tables. So I dashed through to the very back.Then I stood and waited for 15 minutes while a server did things on the computer. She didn't acknowledge me. At 10 minutes I asked if there was someone to handle pick ups. She didn't look at me but rudely said I know you are waiting. I was shocked.She then finished and didn't apologize. She just said Name?. She got my pizza and set it on the counter. Another server came up at that time and asked if I wanted cheese or peppers.No one thanked me. I felt like I was really causing them a ton of trouble. I always tip for pick up or curb side. Now I will wait until I am getting good service. It was $106 order. Horrible rude service. April 24 5:30 to 6ish.
Came and tried for the first time and it was great! I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it was awesome. I look for ward to coming back again soon.
We had Buffalo Wings, Soda, Tall Draft Beer and 16" 3 topping pizza for a little over $55 including tip.Pros:*Quick seating on a Saturday afternoon*Pizza was good, cheese was really good*Lots of TV's if that's your thing*Service was prompt and efficient.Cons:*Amount of bacon on pizza was light, but bacon is pretty expensive now.*Bit dark and echoey. You can hear everyone's conversation around you.
Love love love their pizza. Chicago deep dish all the way. Server was great, nice clean place, and a full bar available.
Trash pizza that looks like a child made it. They give you a ridiculous pizza and will call it “Margherita.” It’s regular pizza so don’t advertise it as Margherita. The server was annoying when I made it clear I didn’t want anything else - and she insisted with “are you sure?” I’m already going to get charged for this trash pizza and the trash they gave my husband. No, I don’t want to spend more money on something extra that will also be trash when they can’t get it right the first time.
Have patronized neighboring businesses for years but today was my first trip here. Extremely pleased. Food quality, menu, service and atmosphere were all off the charts. If you're curious about real Chicago style pizza, look no further.
This place S-U-C-K-S. And that's an understatement. Not only was the server very strange, but for the price, I expect a decent sized pizza. The pizza was small, and the taste was awful. I won't ever come back. Little Caesars has better pizza than this place, and they're not even a dine-in restaurant. Save your money, save your appetite and go somewhere else.
Came here to try this place for the first time and we waited for about 8 mins hostess to seat us.As we were seated the table were way to close! Then we waited for a server for about 5 to 10 minutes and apparently we were overlooked and here's the kicker the family that was behind us was served immediately and no one served us so we decided to get up and leave.I know we won't be coming here!The hostess should not be associate with friends and the servers need to keep thier eyes open for new people.
First time ever i got fast service. I got my drink and food in less time then the older waitress would even ackowledge me in past visits. I like to meet friends there, when I'm in town. I'm happy that it finally has good servers. It made it a more enjoyable evening not having to chase the waitress down for drink and tab.
Worst customer service. We sat there for about 10 minutes and noone acknowledged us until we got up to walk out. I definitely will not be going back.
