Chewy chips, then nachos were soggy, dry chewy meat and old tea. Having to bus your own table is fine but getting yelled out when you didn't pay attention to the sign and hadn't left yet. 1 trash can with a place to put your stuff for full restaurant. All around bad today won't be back.
The new guy working couldn’t answer many of my questions but the owner was there to help. The food was delicious. We made our meal vegan - grilled veggie taco plate with cilantro lime rice and black beans.
Normally I would, but the past 2 times we went our order was completely wrong. Tonight was horrible. didn't get what we asked for, cheese dip was ice cold, bean burrito was loaded with a pound of ice cold cheese and barely any beans. very disappointed. I asked for a California heat and my taco had no avocado or bacon. was dry. asked for corn tortilla but she rang up crunchy. very dry. just horrible for what I paid and none of the tacos were on sale, I guess. very sad. also I ordered the new shrimp queso taco she didn't know what I was talking about and just put in a shrimp taco.
Terrible service. They recommended margaritas but didn't put the order in or explain how "their process" works. The music was so loud we had to shout to hear each other. When the drinks finally came out, they were wrong. Every time we asked a question regarding our order, the workers acted like we were putting them out. I'll spend my money at the several other lovely taco places across the street.
Taco Tuesday was great. You get .50 off each taco and the options are incredible.I was so busy eating I forgot to take a picture. There was some tasty looking vegetarian options as well
I'll be real honest. I hate places with "service" like this where I have to wait in line to order, go get my drinks, then go get my own food. On top of that, when my quesadillas were super burnt, I had to go tell the cooks (because there was no one checking in on us). My brother had to go get a missing piece from his order as well. That's so horrible. THEN, you have to bus your own table and the trash area is so disgusting. You place your silverware in nasty water and the whole concept just sucks. On top of it, the cheese dip was awful (and you will find it hard pressed to hear me say that often). The food was edible at best. They gave us a whole other order and we tried to tell them before we took the trays that one tray wasn't ours and he INSISTED it was. It wasn't. Just an awful concept with bad food and zero service. You might as well have a kiosk to order the food because they apparently don't like to pay a lot of employees. I will say, the two employees we did see and speak to were pleasant.
Food and service was great. We watched an employee clean the trash can area with a rag that she then took to the drink station and wiped it down with the same rag. Needless to say we did not get refills.
Food was good. Staff was friendly. We played bingo. I think thats a regular thing for Thursday? $4 you call it shots whenever 0 69 is called.
People that work there are nice however, there were 5 pieces of meat in a fajita burrito asked for no sour cream and no pickles because of an allergy of course came with both. Only good thing about the food was the nachos and the soda machine was on point for fountain drinks.
Dustin, and his entire staff treat you with the absolute best. We come here often, and it’s by far the best place to eat, drink, and play BINGO in the state!
