The management here is poor. 1. App was not available for online ordering nor to use my Freddy points. 2. Ordering system confusion as they had only given us half of our 6 person order. They blamed all this on a new pos system. If that's true, then either the system is cheap or the employee training was poor or both. 3. Blocked off all trash cans, but one on the other side of the restaurant, making customers hunt for it. 4. Broken frink machine. I can emphasize with one or two flaws, but when there's this many, it usually points to a management problem. Store Manager, please address this.
Came here twice for dinner and both times were horrible experiences. First time we got three meals, two of them were completely wrong in more than a couple of ways. Also the burgers were crispy (not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be) but it was like chewing on over fried ground beef. Also the fries were a bit hard. We had to eat them fast because they got cold very quickly. I called and the customer service was outstanding. The manager was very polite and compensated us for 3 meals with cards sent in the mail. About a week later we used those cards. Again it was messed up, but this time it was only 1 hamburger (I went in and got it replaced). But again the burgers were very crispy almost burned especially around the edges. And again fries were hard and quickly getting cold. They drinks were great! And so was customer service. 5 stars for customer service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and 0 stars for quality of food and employee skills. Will not be coming back to this place.
Returning customer after some years, was greeted by friendly staff and after ordering the food came out quickly and hot! Burgers and custards/concrete's we're delicious and can't wait to return.*I recommend the Peanut Butter & Banana
I ordered a steakburger here, then worked on my computer at a table next to an outlet. The restaurant was emptying after lunch, so I didn't feel bad using their table. After an hour or so, I decided to leave, and on my way out, the clerk stopped me to ask if I wanted a Turtle Sundae they had made by accident. Sure did! The frozen custard Turtle Sundae was out of this world, and the steakburger was good too. I thought the workers were polite even before they gave me a free sundae!
Much worst than the Siloam Springs Freddy’s restaurant. Best part of my meal was the cold fries. I highly advise the Freddy’s in Siloam Springs. I would almost drive an hour across state before eating the Freddy’s in Rogers. Put together with no care in the world. For those haters out there I do like Freddy’s and I know food is food but this is quite disappointing. Advertised image included.
I love this place it's so good, I used to have in-n-out back in California and this place is my new in-n-out, the burgers are so good, they also have chicken sandwiches and ice cream! Ever since I moved out here this place is my go to for burgers!
Great burgers, this was a travel stop n now i wish we had these in our area. Service was smooth fast no issues, food prep was as expected, taste was top rated for a quick burger, fries are like string fries but cooked correctly n very good which is tough for this type of fries. Facility was clean for the most part but trash cans were mostly full, that needed addressed. A lil pricey but with current inflation and all things considered not that bad. Would eat there again no problem.
I really like their California burgers but they are the most sloppyist put-together burger I have had. I tried the chili cheese dog too. Don't even bother. What a sloppy mess! Be nice when robots take-over fast food!!
We have had the joy of eating at Freddy's throughout Northwest Arkansas. It is always a pleasant experience. The food is great, the services wonderful. Being a vegetarian I appreciate the vegetarian burger they serve.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. The burgers are "lacey" and crisp around the edges. Wonderful! And the fries are "shoestring" and a huge portion. Service is quick and the place is clean.
