Employees would rather talk with each other than make my food. I was the only one in the shop and it took at least 15 mins to get my food. Which was one of the smallest sandwiches.
The dude in a red shirt making the food kept open mouth coughing on the line, so between that and how long it took to get my food i just left cause I was already on a time crunch. With that and how I guess they just don't take orders from their drive through on random days, if ever, I don't see myself going back. Not even upset that I had to leave before getting my food, not with that guy coughing on the line.
Sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes before getting to place my order. Then waited for an additional 15 minutes before a different employee asked if she could take my order. With missing items and the feeling of being forgotten at the window I took my cold, supposed to be warm, sandwich home.
It was pretty empty and I liked that. Food was made quick and well. Its firehouse so you kinda know what to expect but the workers were nice and friendly so if you just need a quiet place to sit and eat, here works
I am not happy with how unprofessional the staff is at this location. I told the guy my order five times. I drove 20 minutes home, then realized that the order was very wrong. I drove 20 minutes back and they were arguing with me about it. The lady working there has her significant other there with a baby in the dining room. While cars were lined up in the drive thru, she’s outside playing and hanging out with the baby and significant other. I also must add that I waited for 15 minutes for the wrong order. I am not impressed AND I didn’t get a replacement sandwich because they were arguing with me and I didn’t feel it was worth my time. You need to find some better, more respectful help!
Firehouse subs is where its at! Was in the store this evening 4/13 and the staff is so friendly. Clean restaurant. Best sandwiches we have had. My son tried the soup and loved it. My father in law had a bowl of chili and said it was amazing! Definitely give this place a try!
Yk. I love Firehouse. But. I went because I was craving some Firehouse and so I went in. I ordered what I usually get a normal sandwich and loaded potato soup. I usually enjoy firehouse. But I have never been to the Rogers location. I ordered and they looked for the potato soup and I think I saw them get old soup and I saw them put it in the microwave. At places like that they have warmers that are to be expected to be cleaned everyday. My soup tasted very old and it was cold. It was put in the microwave! My sandwich didn’t taste fresh at all. A lady pulled of to the drive-through she had an online order and they heard the bell but ignored it for like 10 minutes. I enjoy the bentonville location but this location is not the that good Hope this helps. I would love to see staffing improvements in the correct cooking methods for the food. It’s just unfortunate.
Stood for 10 min without even being acknowledged; then sandwich-guy announces they only have 1 register running and its the one in drive thru.... I watch the girl in drive-thru (probably new, maybe not her fault) struggle to take an order of at least two people while three stood in line at the counter, again, unacknowledged. Your drive thru is more important than your lobby customers? After a total of 15 min, and no closer to being served, I left. Probably won't be back.
A house of fire. Sometimes the sandwiches get set on fire, but usually they try to avoid that—it's bad for business. So the fire usually gets contained to the metaphorical realm, describing how brightly the flavors of the subs in question blaze, satisfying the deepest sandwich cravings of men, women, and children alike.
These guys were working hard, short staffed and still smiling through the stress with a pleasant greeting on our way in. Great crew here today, guys!
