The staff were attentive and best of all, the food was delicious. Besides the great food, the portions were enormous and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommend this place.
Pretty disappointed in the service here. Went around 8 o’clock one night that they had their band going and it was fairly dead. There were about 5 other tables seated other than ours and we got talked to by our server maybe 3 times the whole night. He was busy dancing and singing along with the live band rather than making sure we had everything we needed. Will not be coming back.
The one in Springdale is way better. Better service, better food, better atmosphere.Took my parents here one night because they never had it and I was super excited to share the experience with them. But we will not be coming back to this location. Got two enchilada meals, a torta meal, and a fajita meal. Was around $74 but when looked at bank charges we were charged $140. Called multiple times to talk about the charges but they didn’t give us a recipe so they wouldn’t talk to us about what happened. Tried calling again to talk to the manager and was told they would not be in until 9 o’clock.I have had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this restaurant and it’s pretty disappointing because the Springdale location is super good.Do not come here unless you want to be double charged and blamed for poor service. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Our server was too busy dancing in the kitchen with the trumpet player carrying around chips than to serve us and be nice.
Went there on a Saturday night to celebrate some graduations. They had a live band that was so horrendously loud that it was painful. To talk to someone I had to yell loudly right into their ear. We left before eating as I am prone to migraines and that noise would have done it.
The food was delicious! The service was good. I would give 5 stars but the music was so loud we had a hard time carrying on a conversation. I wouldn't recommend if you get overwhelmed with noise easily.
We found this place and have been eating here every Sunday for lunch. The food has been outstanding. My wife and I normally split a plate because the portions are great. I recommend this to anyone who likes Authentic Mexican food. The servers are very friendly as well.
I love this restaurant we used to go to another in downtown but we switched to this one I even celebrated my birthday here the atmosphere may be loud but its welcoming and fun! The food is amazing and comes out hot and fresh and the drinks are amazing the staff is kind and gets to you fast and updates you if your food is taking longer i recommend this place to everyone its awesome!
Great Mexican food. Clean restaurant, the food is excellent, portions are huge, but the service needs some work. Friendly enough, just not efficient. Long wait for just about anything.
Don’t eat here! Very expensive The chips were greasy and food was not great. They also overcharge you, lower prices on menu , my entree was 8.75 on menu and charged me $10. They say it is tax, but tax is also added to bill. They cheat customers!
We've eaten here twice now and both times our server was attentive and the food is excellent. Huge portions and they have the best carne asada I've tried in the area, I definitely recommend trying this place!
