We were there a bit after lunchtime, maybe 12:45.They were great! They had some technical issues but instead of making us wait and wait they worked with us and made us feel like valued customers. THE FOOD IS GREAT! Sauces have great flavor, pulled pork and brisket are super tender. The beans have good flavor and the slaw is perfect- not too sweet and not too tangy.
These guys are awful. Today was the third time I came and they are always out of something and don't want to make it because it's close to closing time, they are open until 9 and I came at 7. Awful, please get new management and employees, awful cooks, very unfriendly, the servers are nice and understanding but cooks are awful and cocky. Too bad, great food but I am telling everyone I know to stay away because of this horrible service.
Ordered two 3 meat plates online. Waited 20 mins to get food after arriving at the restaurant on time (55 mins from time of order) Second time this has happened recently with online orders here. I highly recommend NOT ordering online. Meats and sides were wrong on half the order. Disappointed in portion sizes. The food is decent it's unfortunate that this Dickeys has execution issues.
I got my order delivered through Doordash, with missing item and NO BARBECUE SAUCE! The food was cold and tasteless. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT THIS COLD MEAT WITH NO SAUCE? I called the restaurant and they want me to come pickup the rest of my order, really? I paid delivery fees and tips ? ?. So I requested a refund for missing item but of course there is no manager to ok the refund. I will NEVER ORDER from this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Such a waste
The brisket and pulled pork were both equally good. Sad that they had to pull the soft-serve ice cream machines during the pandemic. I doubt they ever come back. ?
Great taste. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Food is always hot and fresh when I come. Sweet sauce is to die for.
I absolutely love Dickey's. The food is great and honestly reasonably priced for what you're getting and the rewards you gain can be used to cut the cost of a meal later down the road. Overall service is great and staffing is friendly. My one critique is the ordering process can be confusing for first time guests
I visited this Dickeys earlier this week to specifically buy a pound of pork burnt ends to go. $20 later I was heading home with the item to eat with my family. The burnt ends turned out to be as hard as rocks, I may as well have spent my $20 on a box of wood chips. Absolutely the worst BBQ I've ever had in my life and 100% inedible. I will never again buy anything at all from Dickeys.
This is the best Dickey’s BBQ I’ve been to. I’ve visited it a handful of times in the past, but today was extraordinary and it was because of John. He asked me if I liked a fatty sandwich or a lean sandwich. I went lean and I’m so glad I did. So many sandwiches in the past have been too full of fat. I always thought store did that to cut costs, but I was educated today that some people prefer the fatty sandwiches. So thank you John for opening my eyes and for making me a killer Brisket Sandwich!!
I ordered for delivery, waited 45 minutes. 5 minutes before scheduled delivery time, I got notification that my order was canceled, no reason why. No refund. And the number for this restaurant is invalid. Called customer service for the chain and they could not help me. So they took my money, and didn’t deliver food. Cannot contact anyone or figure out how to get my food or even my money back. This was going to be our first time trying this restaurant. This is the worst experience I have EVER had ordering food.
