For some reason, I was the only customer in the restaurant at 6:00pm? But that didn’t change how friendly Stephanie was. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had!! My steak was much better than I expected and the sides were perfect. Still in shock that no one was here!!! This review is to help change the reputation of this place. 10/10 would come again :)

Service of the establishment was excellent. Food has great grease consistency, has incredible flavoring, food usually takes a little bit of time, but is well worth the wait. The overall experience is as expected and perhaps even more. This truly is a model restaurant.

Lack luster lunch, dirty, in women's bathroom toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several days; had mold as you can see from pictures-so totally gross. Went home and hosed off to feel clean. Our waitress was nice though. Do not recommend and I won't be eating there again.

Recently went to Colton’s to celebrate the memory of my grandfather in law who loved this place before he passed. Initially the experience was just how we remembered going there with him. While busy, we were saw to within 5-10 minutes and our order was taken, then things started to change. We were an afterthought to the larger parties there and once our food arrived (about 25 minutes later) I realized how true that was. I had ordered the chicken fried steak, smashed potatoes, and Caesar salad while my wife order the sirloin (medium) and shrimp, steamed veggies, and steak fries with an onion blossom as an appetizer to celebrate the occasion. Salad and chicken fried steak were good enough but the smashed potatoes were sweet of all things. My wife’s steak was well done to the point it needed the melted butter to eat it, veggies were initially missing altogether and fries were good. The blossom was cold. Overall the manager took the blossom back and removed the steak and blossom (reason why it is not a lower rating) but it’s a shame that this memory has been lost now. RIP Mike.

spent 45 on food that only half of it was edible. mashed potatoes tasted like someone had put a cup of sugar in them. not edible. told waitress and all she said was she would let them know. very disappointed. added to the places won't go back to. texas Roadhouse so much better food

Food was sub-par. I had the catfish dinner with sweet potato fries. The fries were good but the catfish was bland and very disappointing. Honestly, I would've rather had a filet O fish from McDonald's. Giving two stars though since the restaurant seemed clean.

a really nice waitress and food was delicious

This place surprised me. Its not super busy most times we've gone and the selection is good. The food is really good and service is polite, friendly and prompt. They have good prices for a steak house.I also like how spread out the layout is. You don't feel like you're on top of another person.

We weren't given a drink menu with our menu, but we weren't drinking anyway... so no big deal.I had ribs and sirloin combo. I didn't care for the ribs... they came with sauce on the side and were a bit dry. Sirloin was cooked perfectly. Peach tea was very good.

We like the Springfield location, so we wanted to try this one as well since we were in town. We ordered Sirloin steak, and it was rather chewy and not tender enough. The wings appetizers were good, and salad was too. We had an older lady for a waitress, and she was a very good and attentive waitress, though.
