Unimpressed with the customer service. I realize that’s highly circumstantial; different workers during different shifts can make a world of difference. Other than that, it’s good I’ve cream, obviously. A little expensive (what isn’t these days?). We had a gift card, so no skin off our teeth this time, but definitely not a place I’m going to rush back to you. Meh.
Excited to find there was a Cold Stone here in Northwest Arkansas. When we immediately went it, we saw this worker who was injured. He wasn’t wearing any gloves, but his right hand was bandaged. We decided to leave as we didn’t feel the safest eating at the establishment. We wouldn’t recommend this place.This was the afternoon of July 14th 2022.
Use to eat here before I found out I needed to be dairy free. Missed this place forever and now they have a dairy free chocolate which is amazing. Welcome back for me hahah
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, my friend asked if they had red velvet cake pieces and they offered “togo in the back and look” then they had the nerve to bring out a bag of cake that was THREE months old and still offer it to her. The customer service wasn’t great and the icecream itself was super terrible we couldn’t even finish it. Don’t waste your money at this Coldstone.
I did not get as many gummy bears or ice cream as my sister even though we got the same size. Though they were very kind and delicious I did not get a full serving compared to many others! Thank you and go to Cold Stone??
We love ColdStone. It's always a great experience. We love the outside table options as our kiddos can get a little messy. A family favorite for sure!
Had a challenging experience with Cold Stone today. Generally, it’s a good ice cream shop, but I ordered a custom cake via the website for a child’s birthday. When I arrived, it wasn’t made and the only option was to buy a pre- made cake. I’d just highly recommend ordering in person if you get a cake from here- this apparently wasn’t a one off occurrence.
Very delicious and varieties of flavors icecream
The ice-cream cake was delicious but when someone calls in the order and phonetically spells out the child's name. It is expected for the spelling to be correct. So the cake was written wrong. I would've ordered online but it kept giving me an error as well. A bit disappointed since this was our first time ordering.
This was the weirdest cold stone experience I’ve ever had. We pulled into the parking lot to see all of the lights in the seating and bathroom area turned off. The “open” sign and all exterior lights were also turned off. There wasn’t an employee in sight through the windows. We thought they were closed before their listed closing time. We tried the door to find it was unlocked and they were in fact open. The 3 teenage looking employees then all came scurrying out of the back to help us. After we got our ice cream, I went to use the bathroom. None of the lights were on in the dining area so I had to walk in the dark around the corner to the bathrooms. I had to use my phone flashlight to see which door was the women’s bathroom. Once inside I found a particularly dirty bathroom with broken fixtures. We left the building since they clearly were discouraging people from using the seating area. It’s possible the dining room was closed for pandemic reasons but all the chairs were left out, and there was nothing saying the dining room was closed. It really seemed like the employees were just trying to make it look closed so customers wouldn’t bother them as they hid in the back.Edit: the manager called and apologized for what had happened. I wasn’t expecting that. Their management seems on top of it
