This place used to have fair prices and good management.. at 8.50 per buffet they are now the highest priced location in the country. No other location has even broke the 8 dollar mark. Our meal comes out at just under 12 bucks each with something to drink. The female manager that has been there for ages takes no care in her customers or actually making a good pizza. You ask for something made but you never see it or maybe you ask for a pepperoni pizza and you get 4 pepperonis on the entire thing! If someone is paying almost 12 dollars for poor quality pizza and a drink you should get what you order. 7 tables of customers and she is leaving a few partial old pizzas on the line. In the 40 mins we were there they did make 1 fresh pizza and some cheese sticks. It was really great! Hard to beat a pizza buffet. Some of the pizzas were on there a little too long but its awesome fresh. It was a little slow when I went in so that might be why but they got up and made some fresh pizzas right away, even a special pizza I requested.
Today was a pretty decent trip. Food was constantly being rotated, salad bar was well stocked, and the dining area was decently clean. $20 for 2 people to eat the buffet is more than reasonable, so I'll most likely be back sometime
And a half!.......My daughter is a diabetic, so Italian foods aren't really big on her hit list. That said it's her ultimate favorite place to eat from back home before diagnosis. So we tried this one, it's about the only one left in the area. Entertainment for the kids, BEST PART OF THE WHOLE PLACE...YES! Lazy "I wish I wasn't at work" staff, YES! Mediocre bland pizza, I know bland pizza, Absolutely! It only got the half for the game room.
Been 2 times now to this location & it is very good for the price. The first time I had some things I didn’t like definitely but the second time I got all the things I liked a lot & it was better. I would go back because it’s the closest to gattis pizza I get get. Maybe it should be a little cheaper, but I get it.
I have been going to different Cicis Pizza for the past 30 years in many different places. This location is the worst location I have ever visited. Worst salad bar, worst selection of pizza, old pizza on the buffet, they started breaking the buffet down and hour and half early and stopped replenishing the four selections of really bad pizza. It seemed as though there was no management there. Cannot say enough, how disappointed my family was. Will not be back in this location!I had to go back and add that they brought some pizza out after we finished eat and was headed out the door.
I am giving it 4 stars because there is not a lot changed for preventing the spread of COVID-19. If you don't care about that then 5 stars... Not because the pizza is great but because the pizza is okay and value for money is unreal. I know pizzas are cheap to make but the way people eat in that place I don't know how they keep the lights on
Good cheap pizza and salad bar. All pizza’s were hot and fresh on the buffet. Good service and good pizza
