Staff was the absolute friendliest I have ever experienced. Every single person there checked on you to make sure things were ok. Food looked fresh and place was very clean. They definitely deserve more than 5 Stars!
Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for toddlers. My daughter is 1.5 and she loves it! The games are very reasonably priced!
While I appreciate the efforts to keep the place safe and fun, I don't like the fact my almost 18 year old summer babysitter can't take my kids. I had 3 very upset kids today. What would happen if I was a young under 18 mom? I can't take my own kids in? Makes no sense.
Enjoyed all they had 2 offer was surprised how good pizza was and how as soon as something was empty they promptly refilled and oh yea loved the clean restrooms excellent 5th birthday for my grandson??
Love the staff. They are always on point and friendly w patience. Thank u guys for all u do there. To make sure kids have fun and stay safe. Y'all r worth the extra money needed.
Everybody made me feel welcome especially staff members despite the fact I was wearing a diaper, a onesie, and had my binky in my mouth the majority of the time! Couple of the female staff members would check up on me asking if I needed my diaper changed so Mommy can watch the little kids
Don’t waste your money. Remodel is nice but the window delivery was not explained. Didn’t get our pizzas for over an hour. I understand they were busy. When confronting management she rolled her eyes at me. The issue was ultimately resolved but we felt like they were annoyed at us, for their boof. Didn’t settle well with me at all. Do not recommend for the price and will not return for the poor service.
The game play pass was $25 and some how we got an hour and 1/2 instead of an hour. We took 2 kids and 2 adults and had fun playing tons of games with the kids! Great spring break fun!
The restaurant was very clean including the restroom. The pizza was good with a crispy crust. The games all seemed to be operating, and those in our party who played the games had a very good time.
Pizza has improved ?However, being geared toward the younger kids, the games only give 8-15 tickets max. You have to spend quite a bit of money to get enough tickets for a decent prize.
