Employees had no personality. Got our food delivered to the table before my drink. Took almost 15 min to get a bottle of beer. Them watched the server take the payment kiosk off a dirty table and place it on out table. We were still eating when the server did this. Resturant is plain, worn out, and needs a deep cleaning. Looks like the management has given up on this place. Not memorable, not even great. Felt like fast food.
Not sure where some of these reviews are coming from saying this place is clean. We go to chili’s maybe once every 2 months and every time the floors are sticky and covered with food and napkins, tables are sticky, window sills have dead flies and fly poop as well as food crumbs. Food is mediocre at best. I understand the “shortage” excuse but come on, the location isn’t even that busy when we go. Looks like Chili’s will fall in line with Copelands and Famous Dave’s here soon.
Clean place good service but if you are vegetarian then not going here would be better. :| there are very very less options for vegetarians and almost none for vegans. At least I couldn't find anything and so I asked the server she suggested fajita so I did.I ended up paying $20 for one order which is a little pricey I felt.
Food was great. Can't say the service was great. Due to being charged for the previous customers bill because they paid cash and the ziosk had not been reset I was told that it may be 5 business days before I receive my money back.
All day happy hour on Sunday and the new menu for choose 3 makes this the most affordable place to have a full meal and desert....and the food is actually tasty! The bar is small but the bartenders are very attentive.
Had a great experience today. I went in around 2pm service was quick and nice. I didn't have to wait long to get my Cilantro Lime Carne Asada which was really good. I highly recommend this location.
We went to Chili's the other day, and it was the best service we've ever received! Kelsey was very sweet and took really good care of us! The food was amazing and came out very quickly. Great experience!!
We rarely go to Chili's but gave it another try recently.The service is about what you can expect from today's employment climate, sub par. Speaking of climate. If you enjoy eating in a frozen rainforest, go to this Chili's! It is frigid in there, like wear a jacket cold! Not only are they fighting Siberia as the coldest place on earth, the vents that blast this winter wonderland, also drip water on you while you eat. I'm not sure how they keep the water from freezing but it is a unique experience for sure. The food was good and came hot, which was nice to keep our insides from freezing.
Seated at a long booth, one parent, 5 kids. Impossible to keep them all seated with an escape route. I told host it would not work for us. Got to sit there anyway. Bench was badly damaged with two long rips exposing foam padding. Half the food order received was not quality, grilled chicken was downright nasty. Server was good. Leaving the restaurant noticeable trash and ash cans outside the front door were overflowing. Need to either close this one down or make major improvements. I won’t go back, no way.
Went there for my anniversary. Food was great but after a few hours, me and my bf both had horrible cramps and he threw up. Pretty sure we both got some food poisoning. The service was amazing though. But never gonna eat here again.
