Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff are friendly. The food is bomb. This particular location is now the one my family and I frequent as we moved near here. They are always pleased to help and are gracious in accommodating with drink holders and what not when I'm picking up food for my family!
As always, very busy, but food arrived quickly as we waited at our table. Clean store. Play area for kids.
They're chicken strips are the best! Bought a gallon of their yummy sweet tea too. Always a very nice staff.
Employees are too busy playing grabass to ensure the food gets out correctly. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I received 4 spicy chicken sandwiches. Take my money that I paid for the wrong food and buy these kids some hooked on phonics lessons so they can read an order correctly.
While it was busy. There was issues with the order. We understand and make the most of our visits, Chick fil A is always happy to make things right when there's an issue
This location is not usually the best in terms of service and the freshness of food but they're usually the busiest CFA in town. Its still CFA though and their staff are wonderful as expected.
they always put bacon on my salad even tho i ask for no bacon. i can’t eat bacon and it’s very upsetting when i get home to find out there’s bacon on the salad.
Management and owners do not value customer's time. Called both management and general manager to where they will not make right the 25 minute wait for curbside pickup besides a pat on the back and a refund. They do not care about your future business you may bring as they had zero concerns about this.
All I can say is ask for a receipt because my order has been wrong more then it’s right. I haven’t been to this location in a few months because the last time I went through the drive-thu and got home I didn’t have the correct food. This time I was smart enough as to check my food before I left the parking lot. Well guess what the order wasn’t correct and didn’t get silverware for the food that was right. So I parked the car and went in. The manager didn’t know how to print the receipt and another 10min of my life gone. I got frustrated and just left. I know this much someone else got home and is upset because they are missing a sandwich.
Usually fast and efficient. The food is always fresh and taste good. They get my order correct about 75% of the time.
