Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Food was hot & delicious. Employees there greeted us with a smile and a great attitude. Chick-fil-A sets the bar high for fast food. Great job.

We stopped in for dinner our first night in town during our travels. Staff was friendly and the restaurant very clean. Food was hot and brought out quick.I stopped through drive thru the next morning for breakfast and had the same great service.

The food is great, but customer service has lacked in the recent year or so, sometimes there’s a lot of people just standing without really doing anything, and that puts everyone behind in my honest opinion, Rogers location seemed to always be pretty fast either drive thru or dining in, might be due to a change of management since previous owner passed away. Management needs to do way better! and I know because we go there all the time, my son has Autism and sometimes this is the only thing that he will eat, just very frustrating!

Spent a long time waiting in the drive thru. Employees were very nice and food was good.

I hate that the company has people standing outside to take your order before you can even pull up to look at the menu. Not only is this extremely awkward and gives me anxiety it’s 100 degrees outside and the girl has a sunburned face. Don’t like that at all. Chicken is usually good skip the fries here at this location though they never salt them

Used to be the fastest place to get lunch and now I'm late getting back to work and haven't even ordered yet. I'm going back to work late and STILL HUNGRY. This used to be the place to go if you were short on time. NOT ANYMORE.

We stopped here this evening for our first-ever Chick-fil-A meals and were dutifully impressed with the quality of the food (fluffy chicken tenders), speed of service, and polite and hustling employees collecting orders outside in multiple drive-thru lanes and inside at a service counter. Negatives included lack of table and rest room cleanliness.

It seems that with each passing week, this place gets worse. The critical issue is that they are understaffed, but apparently not hiring. Employee retention must be terrible, as they are overworking the ones that are still there. In the last couple of weeks I arrived at about 7:40am and the doors on one side of the building are still locked. Today I stood for nearly 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. In sorry to say that Chick Fil A just is not trying anymore to earn business.

everything has gone downhill ever since the old owner Scott Clark passed away and the new owner completely changed how the restaurant operates. went from being in and out in less than 10 minutes no matter how long the line was to expecting to wait 20-30 minutes for food. also ridiculous prices now

Food was fine but the dining room was very dirty. Trash and crumbs were scattered on the floor, under and on top of tables, and bathrooms were dirty too. It was disappointing, since it’s been so long since we visited a CFA dining room.
