Great food at reasonable prices. The employees are friendly and quick.
Friendly staff, they are always quick to get you your food. Chick-fil-A is a wonderful establishment and this location holds to them. Only criticism is a bad experience with the night crew who were rude.
After being a x employee they do not treat you with any respect (management) I had only left because one of the directors had hurt me and nothing was done about it then my hours got cut by the same direct and the gm did absolutely nothing niether did the franchise owner he told me that he doesn’t have a perfect business nor does he want to stribe for one definitely is not a Chick-fil-A spirit they only care more for their management then their own employees that are actually working with no breaks!
Pulled in at 10:28. Person in front of me pulled out at 10:30 amd they said no breakfast. That's cool, I get it. Ordered Chicken sandwich meal with cheese and mayo. Got to destination and there was a whole in the bottom of cup. Tea all in my new car's cup holder. No cheese on sandwich. It was not my pleasure.
2 times in 3 weeks that they screw up a simple 1 item order. Frosted lemonade, really how hard is it? Definitely not same service here as other locations. P.S next afternoon I watched their delivery car almost rip a front-end off a car while driving chick fila car being inside left lane on round a bout to darting across in front of car in right lane with also no blinker use.
They have changed there recipe, chicken was very salty and prices have gone way up. Ordered the grilled chicken patty only(no bun) w/2 tomato slices and 2 lettuce leaves, a large fruit cup then a drink, half lemonade with half unsweetened tea. It was just under $13. This will definitely be a once in a great while treat in the future place, not a regular go to place when out running errands.
Of course there is a Chick-fil-A in Rogers. Great place for a late lunch if you are up here druving
Classic favorite, the Chick-fil-A sandwich. Love the vanilla shake, kind of bummed they only have one size now. This location has a big covered area with fans and outdoor heaters for the staff taking orders which is awesome. Always crowded like all Chick-fil-A locations but they move the line fast. Handicap accessible.
They won't cook your chicken well done at this location. First ever for me. Next thing ya know, it's frozen chicken patties
At around 3:30 this afternoon I went through the drive through. I spent several minutes waiting at the drive through window and wish I had recorded the conversation that I over heard.There were two boys outside the window, a girl doing drinks that had a headset, and another girl. When I pulled up the comment had been made that boy "a" could be written up. He commented back to the girl "what, are you gonna write me up? Are you getting promoted or what?". The girl replied something like "you don't know what things are changing around here" and stormed off. (I feel like her name was something like Tory)Boy "a", who had a Judge Cavanaugh-esk vibe, went further on to say things like "I go to school with her every day, you don't know the real her, I've seen things I wish I could unsee".Boy "b" and headset girl were involved in the ongoing conversation with giggles, the comments were thrown around "we're gonna be fired" and some other parts of the conversation made me infer that boy "b" may have been high.At some point headset girl said someone told her to tell boy "a" to shut up.As you can imagine, for all of this to take place and more, I was sitting at the window for an abnormal length of time for a chickfila drive through. I really wanted to interrupt them and tell boy "a" that yes, based on what I over heard he could be written up for harassment, and he probably should be. The world needs less Brock Turners.
