They have come through for me every time I come home from a hot, lazy day at Roaring River. The Shortstop Grill is on the way home and I usually used to stop there and get a Giant Cone. Not Anymore! If I want to go somewhere that is supposed to have Ice-cream but never has it, I'd go to McDonald's! Nope. Braums is the ticket and saves the day!???
The lady who took our order was not helpful, when I asked about their flavors for their shakes she said “um we actually have 27 flavors” and said “so can I get you something to drink then”. When the food came out, the buns on the burger were hard as a rock. We took them back in and showed them so they gave us new ones, and the buns were still hard, like nothing changed. Very rude workers as well, definitely not worth going here. I was excited to try it out until this experience.
I went through the drive through tonight on may 7th, at around 9:45 pm. I ordered one scoop of neapolitan and one scoop of chocolate chip in a cup. We get to the window and he shoved my ice cream at her in a cone with it dripping all down the sides and all over her and when she was trying to give it back and tell him it was wrong he kept talking to the girl behind him and laughing. So he says he’ll fix it and opens the window back up holding a cup with the cone flipped over upside in the cup. I thought it was lazy and definitely not how you should be working in the customer service/ food industry. I, myself work in the food industry and thought it was just ridiculous.
Braum's ice cream is one of the best places i know of for a tasty shake. They make excellent shakes with several different flavors. There food is good. And its a great place to wind down with the kids for a tasty dessert.
Food was fine, but the gentlemen who took my card for payment said it was declined and that "there wasn't enough money". I told him it was a credit card, and to please run it again, thinking it was a chip error. He said he did 3 times and it didn't work. So I began to wonder how I was going to pay for my food and then he says he was just kidding that the card went through. While some may find this amusing, I did not.
ONLY THING FRESH HERE IS THE KETCHUP.I got here at 11:55 with a few friends that were needing food fast. When I worked here this store took at most 2 minutes. After getting inside about 12:00 we get in line and 5 groups had stuff wrong. 12:09 we get the receipt in hand and 3 items on our menu. We stand there and one of us has to sit down cause was feeling weak and nearly crashed on the floor 12:23 we got our food and the fries soggy and cold, chicken overcooked, cold, and hard to even swallow. The only reason we ate it was cause we couldn't stand around anymore without leaning or catching ourselves. This is rediculous and needs to be fixed. This store has gone to shambles and needs to be fixed. There is no excuse as there was nobody in drive when we first came into the store along with the few people inside that had the misorders.
Go there every time I'm in town . The manager Matt is a great guy. He always there to help. And it's nice to go somewhere and be greeted by your name and not just a face.
My wife and I went here for a late night quick bite to eat. They were friendly and the hamburgers were good. We would go back again.
So disappointed, took over 20 min to get my food which was Chili and it was extreamly cold like it was taken directly out of the fridge, I took it back and they said they would correct it. 5 min later they gave me my chili back and it was STILL COLD! I DUMPED IT IN THE TRASH AND WALKED OUT.
Like frozen yogurt. Their milk and ice cream are very good. Need a store on west side of rogers.
