Good atmosphere for a chill night with friends. Specials were decent and the bartender was on top. Had a great evening playing on the quarter table.
This is my favorite watering hole yeah but it's still they have the best food they have the best people and I'm trying to get a girl over here from foghorns and get a job there but I don't know how long it's going to take me
The food was beyond our expectation for the atmosphere that we experienced and the atmosphere was great so that should tell you how the food was overall excellent.
Got takeout 4/3/22 when they first opened. Never been before but wanted bbq. Wife got a brisket sandwich that was rough and every bite had a chunk of fat. My pulled pork sandwich should be hard to mess up but was just okay. Was debating even trying my coleslaw but then found a hair in it. Unfortunate experience.
The atmosphere was great, but the rest of the meal experience was mediocre. The food portions, at least for the meals we ate, were pretty reasonable for the price. However, the meat was dry, which is a problem for a place that primarily serves meat-based dishes. The appetizers, while good, were very small, which was a disappointment for the price.Overall, it wasn't a bad meal. That being said, I will likely not be going there again, especially with many far better options in the area.
Agree with Jordan's review. My family was treated the same way. The waitress was very rude (eye rolling and mumbling under her breath). It was just us. The waitresses had no problem smiling and laughing with other patrons. I've been here three times. I won't be back. People of color do get treated horribly here. The orders are always wrong. We never say anything because of the mistreatment from the beginning. Their tea is not sweet at all, the fountain drinks are just water. Don't waste your money here.
Fun and chill atmosphere. We just happened to come on karaoke Wednesday, but we had to leave just before the real fun began. We will have to come back when we can stay longer.
Great service, even better food. Philly Cheesesteak was so tender and flavorful. The fish filets on the fish tacos were huge as was the pretzel. Definitely will visit regularly!
Good was okay, more of a cooking issue than quality. Enjoyed the environment and had interesting conversations. Drinks are a little pricey but poured with a heavy hand. Would recommend!
Came in on a, I guess, very busy night and sat at the bar, we were very promptly served a delicious drink, but after that everything went downhill, we waited 45 minutes to even talk to the bartender, got a menu, and then waited another 30 before deciding to leave, great drinks tho and I will be trying again cause I'd love to try the food
