Server was rude . She asked me what I wanted to orderWhich was a classic hamburger , she said ok , went to next person to get their order. I had to stop her and tell her howI wanted burger cooked. She made me feel like she wasDoing me a service to get details of what I wanted. She hNo customer service skills, she pointed at person sheWas taking order from … not professional at all wish I had gotten her name. She was just rude and heard her being rude toOne of the younger servers. She told the other serverThat she was going to have to get the drinks , didn’tPolitely tel her just barked / demanded what the server was to do. Didn’t get her name
Good food. Good selection. Very good service. Usually not very busy so you can eat, enjoy and relax.
We have been going to Applebee'for several years now. We always go when our FAVORITE waiter, John is working. He is friendly, extremely helpful if you're not sure what to eat. He pays great attention to the details of your meal and checks back frequently during the meal. Soooo many yummy choices and 2-for meals on the back of the menu. All the food is excellent and cooked to your specific order. Best waiter in the business!! Check them out, you won't be sorry you did! ?.
Food was good but our server was not pleasant and didn't check back on us to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. I was a server so I am fully aware of the job.
Lunch on a Tuesday was great here. Service was quick and experienced. Had grilled salmon that was small but very delicious - and wild caught. I recommend but don't expect to get out of here on a lunch for 4 without dropping between $60-$80
Service is usually always observant and friendly.Food is usually the right temperature and quality good for the brand level.The restaurant could use an update and is usually not busy.
After we got seated it took over 10 minutes to get drinks, timed it on our phones and they were not diffecult decaf coffee ad flavored lomenade, they then took our order and it seemed to take forever 25 minutes, when they did bring our order half the food was barley warm so had to send it back, when they brought it back it was just hot the cheese on the 4 cheese mac was not all melted but was hot barley.When they brought the mac asked for refills on or drinks, they said would have to make coffee ok but 30 minutes later still no refills. Sooo what are we susposed to do we just paid our bill and left.After being stuck in the house 5 days because of weather I picked you to go have a meal big mistake. So what you going to do to fix this issue
Went back after a couple of years thinking well it might have gotten better. Nope. Food was cold well, not frozen but room temperature, chicken fingers tasted like nothing. This is not a place to spend your money. Sorry but you guys can do better
Food and drinks were great. The associates were very friendly. The service was a little slow but that is probably to be expected with the worker shortages.
Prices have gone up and are very not worth the price. Price when up and you get less food. Totally not worth it for their customers. Save yourself some time and money. There are better quality place to eat in the area which will give you more for your money and serve you better food.
