Delicious afternoon treat on a hot day. Service was super fast and folks were very nice.
I’m not big on ice cream but this stuff is amazing! Pricey but worth it! Love the seasonal fruit options. Staff is always nice.
Literally asked for a Sunday and tu always come in for the same thing and this time they didn’t put any fudge. I made sure to say something about it and they didn’t even try to do anything about it. Awful customer service!!!
Hands down, the best frozen custard I have had. I got the Nutty Waffle Crunch concrete is my favorite. Great service and an awesome atmosphere.
The ice cream is great, but for some reason some of staff has been so rude lately and I’m not sure why. Two nights ago I went through the drive thru, and a girl behind the cashier looked directly at me and said “ew” and laughed…. So I’m not going back, needless to say.
Dude! I'm so glad I don't live too close to this place. It is so good!! The custard is like velvet. Always really friendly people there, too.
I wait for mint cookie to roll around every year but this year it is awful. They have now added mint syrup to the concrete (which is disgusting, and not mint cookie). I ordered DOUBLE mint cookie around 7pm on 2/19 and there was definitely not double mint cookie. There was maybe half of a scoop of cookie in the concrete. There were no large pieces, only crumbs, and the concrete was poorly blended so all of those crumbs were at the bottom of the cup. I was also over charged at the window, because I was charged for the mint syrup I requested to remove from the concrete. Very dissapointed in the Walnut location recently... I love andy's, so if you can spare the drive I would recommend visiting the pinnacle location.
Absolutely love this place! Great quality products, excellent service & amazing portions. The app is easy to use as well, recommend anytime. First time trying the Apple Pie Concrete & it's an A+ !! Another favorite is vanilla with caramel.
Always up for a great concrete especially if the mix ins are in every bite. That’s what you will get when you come here. Staff was personable and quick. Shared a large and it was plenty. Had the peanut butter and fudge and brownie. Would definitely come back.
Beep beep. Went thru drive thru and picked up 4 qts pumpkin pie concretes to take all the way home to Golden MO. Worth every mile.
