What i don't like It's if ypu ask for easy ice they charge you more beacause they said they need to put more beverage and less ice, when you pay for beverage not for the water or ice. It is something for you can sue hem?
Terrible customer service!!! On my previous visit they messed up my drink. Of course I didn’t realize it until I was already where I was going. But I foolishly thought they’d have decent customer service and would just let them know on my next visit so they could comp me a drink. Except when I did tell them on my next visit they treated me like I was some kind of lying coffee thief. I got the third degree about exactly what day, what time of day, why I didn’t come back that same day and so on. I was then told that because I didn’t come back the same day and return the nasty drink they can do nothing for me. Am I really expected to make a return trip, out of my way, at the expense of my time and gas and keep a bad drink all day just sitting in my car to drink it up? These people don’t even apply common sense to their decision making. I left without making any purchase, with the two drinks I had just ordered on the counter.
I go at least 3x week. I went today for my birthday “FREE DRINK” and 2 more drinks. I ended up paying almost $20 ( for 2 medium drinks). Anyways, they either change their prices form one day to another or they are not doing what they promote.#supportlocalbusiness they say.
Omg this place has the BEST blended drink I've EVER HAD!! A German chocolate chiller or whatever it was called but sooooo good!!! Also the staff is crazy friendly!! I'll be back for sure?
Everyone there is amazing and always bumpin! Love 7brew! Sunrise Paris tea is my favorite drink! Peter there is an amazing dude!
Magnificent coffee and service. Notice how they're always so busy the line goes to the street. Well here is a picture of the nearest Starbucks with zero customers.
Both the Macha, as well as their coffee was a disappointment. The coffee tasted like warm water with a hint of coffee. I threw it out after the first gulp. Will not purchase anything further from 7 Brew Coffee.
This is now the only place me and my girlfriend go as they have the best coffee and prices and if beings honest there coffe blows star bucks away with prices and test it’s amazing!!!!!.. and all employees are so nice and caring to the customers and they always ask how my day is going!!!.. love this place and will continue going here all the time!!!!!
They have AMAZING customer service. As soon as I pulled in there were not one but 2 people to great me! Friendly conversation and really knowledgeable on what they offer. It was my 1st time here and I will definitely be back! Also, you get an awesome size for the price. So much better than Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks combined!
